Despite multiple phone calls and confirming the details three separate times, nothing was delivered. The flowers did not arrive, and the urn arrangement was completely missing. This was not a routine order--this was for my father's funeral. The emotional impact of this failure on his wife, daughter, and siblings cannot be overstated. On one of the most difficult days of our lives, we were left dealing with stress and heartbreak that was entirely avoidable. We chose to support a local florist because we believed care, attention, and reliability would be prioritized. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. This level of negligence for a funeral service is unacceptable. Families should never have to worry whether such an important commitment will be honored. I would strongly caution others to think carefully before using this business for any time-sensitive or meaningful events--especially funerals.

I'm a fan of plants and flowers that aren't found at every other store so I will go back to do some major shopping when it gets closer to spring. This is not part of a retail chain and is locally owned and oby the owners themselves and I prefer to "shop local" and give them my business. So sad to see this nursery has closed. The next day I dropped by the shop, which is really easy to find with ample parking, and unfortunately he was away making a delivery. I called him and he very quickly asked an associate to let me in and she handed me the flowers. They exceeded expectations. Beautiful. Fresh. Well presented. The recipient was blown away. Will definitely come back. A fair price for the generous arrangement I ordered.
