I show up at 11am and not only is the door locked, but once they finally answered my call, the girl had no knowledge of my order. The florist told me that she took what I paid to Teleflora, deducted her delivery costs, and created an arrangement with the leftover money. What I got was smaller, held different flowers, was not all-around, and was missing Christmas decor elements. The lesson here is that what you order is not what you are going to get.
