I call them directly and order flowers for my family and they are always satisfied with their beautiful flowers. As for service? today I needed to send a much needed hug to my sister, and called them for a delivery. Their delivery driver had gone home, but they took it upon themselves to drive the flowers over personally. Giving them a 5 star rating was long overdue!

When I called the florist at about 6:45 PM Valentine's Day night asking when they were going to deliver the flowers I was told they already had. I called my wife again to verify if she had them, but they just weren't there. So while I was on the phone with the florist, I asked for a refund. The owner, Kathy, was in the background and made a comment about calling the police. She was implying that I really had received them and was lying. She gave me the runaround for 6 days using the excuse that she wanted her delivery person to take her to where he delivered the flowers. When I called back after 6 days (which spanned a weekend) and she still hadn't done it, I told her that if she didn't give me a refund I was going to dispute the charge with the credit card company and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. We got into an argument where again she implied I was doing something wrong and I asked her if she had a signature from the person that accepted the flower delivery. When she said no, I said her driver [f'd] up then. Except I used the full F-word out of frustration. She then hung up on me. I then called the credit card company to dispute the charge and while I was on the phone with them, she called me back and since I didn't answer, she left me a threatening voice mail that said: "Joe, this is Kathy at Kathy's florist. I am about to uh go do a few errands and I'll stop by the shop and uh I'll give you a credit on your credit card. People like you, I don't want to fool with. And I can tell you this, that something will happen to you ... that ... will be ... a payback from God because he says vengeance is mine saideth the lord. So when you started cussing and using foul words you're definitely not a person I want to do with. Please don't never call my shop again. Uh I'll get your credit to you. Goodbye." She did finally give me a refund, but only after I had already disputed the charge. She gave me the runaround all week, and constantly implied I was lying and doing something wrong. I wouldn't recommend her for anything. But, it's your choice. If you want a nut like her leaving a threatening message like the one I got, then enjoy!

When I called to express my concerns, speaking with the owner PJ, and see if there was anything that could be done, I was met with an extremely unprofessional response. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, the owner became disrespectful, patronizing, and ultimately hung up on me. I understand that arrangements can vary, but the way a customer is treated when expressing a legitimate concern matters just as much as the product itself. If she could have made it right she would have. She would have given the shirt off her back for anyone. She battled cancer for 15 years and was going through chemo and did the best she could sick and all, towards the end. She passed away Nov. 2016 shortly after closing the shop. I called the number on the door and no one ever came. I had to show up empty handed. A few months later, I ordered a corsage for a baby shower I'm hosting. I show up at 11am and not only is the door locked, but once they finally answered my call, the girl had no knowledge of my order. Her sister who makes the arrangements was not there! 30 mins later, the girl who doesn't even make the arrangements throws together the worst corsage I've ever seen and still asks me to pay $20!!!
