They listened to what I wanted, and chose dresses for me that fit my body and style. They also had very inclusive sizing which was important to me! I live out of state, so when I had to come back for alterations, they managed to do all of my fittings and alterations in 1 week so that I didn't have to make multiple trips back. We chose to do a weekday elopement in May 2024 with a few additional guests for a total of 10 people, and it was everything we were looking for. Ashley and Crystal were pleasant and easy to work with -- they coordinated the music, cake, and toasts per our requests; made some accommodations for changes like bringing in our own pastor; and even boxed everything up nicely for us at the end to make packing up a breeze. Our day of coordinator arrived almost two hours late past the time she told us the day prior and seemed completely unaware of things going on. While we took on most decor ourselves, it felt unorganized from the LG side. Bride & bridesmaids felt rushed and not assisted nor "coordinated" as promised. In the end, a guest who arrived early to drop off the cake ended up folding napkins that we had been promised would be done hours ago. Our photographer also arrived 30 minutes late, due to being told the incorrect time. This resulted in the bride & bridesmaids having to take photos AFTER the ceremony, cutting into reception time. They did not take any accountability for any of these slip ups and we did not appreciate that. It's unfortunate for such a nice venue.

After putting on the 2nd she said well I need you to make a decision there is no more time so we left. It know have learned it was the owner of the company treating customers the way she did. Unfortunately, my daughter wanted one of the dresses so I called ahead to have it ready for me to come purchase and I mentioned there was three stains on it thinking they would get it off before I picked up the dress, but they didn't they agreed to take 10% off so I agreed to take it and clean it myself and they said they would stream it free of charge. I brought the dress back and the owner took it I said I got the stains out and I just needed it steamed she said ok. I was notified 2 days later it was ready I went to pick it up the owner said I owed $45 I said why she said we cleaned it I said that is not what I asked you to do and I would not pay the charge. She said you told me to clean it and steam it when you dropped it off and I said no I did not she said yes you did -basically calling me a liar. We will NEVER go back to this shop again I can't get over the rudeness of the owner of this small business. Shoppers BEWARE!!

Seeing my results, their day of logistics, set up. and my 10 bridesmaids' different hair and makeup with Formal faces on my wedding day was a DREAM The quality for the hair stays for the entire day and so does the makeup. That was one thing I was looking for when searching people's pictures is what does the bride and bridesmaid look like by the end of the day/wedding/ party etc - does the makeup still glam or stay on my face, is the hair still curly by the end of the night or is the hair still in the up do. I can confidently say my hair was perfect and so was my makeup throughout the entire day. The girls are so nice and professional. I had 10 bridesmaids and some live for the makeup and hair and some are post D1 soccer players who love a good natural look, and they can pull off both! They give you a little pouch at the end so you can touch up your makeup with exactly that was used on your face. No other wedding I have been in has done this and my friends could all say the same. There truly just isn't a better company to choose to make your day be your special day. My lead hair and makeup artist was Emily and she was amazing!!!
