The best part of the experience was that Harry knew what sizes we needed just by looking at us; he confirmed with measurements for double accuracy. Harry selected the outfits, and we just had to wear them. The bottom line: if you want to look and feel good at any event, just ask for Harry.

The owner has helped him once before and we thought we were getting quality service but instead the owner decided to do the opposite of what my father requested, scammed him into an alternate suit, and after rudely going back and forth with my father about a suit about doing what he did last time to make sure he had the right measurements and instead insisted on what he didn't want that resulted in him up charging him to get it fixed when the suit got there that he didn't want that was Indeed wrong when all he had to do was order the opposite and actual desired suit and order the vest separate WHICH WAS AN OPTION But manipulated us into thinking we were getting the better deal so he could make more money. Mind you while we were shopping the lights in his store fell down from the ceiling almost crashing into my father's head and he still pulled this stunt we will not be back. He complained multiple times about how much he works and how he was so excited to only have an hour and a half left until he was off. Took over an hour to pick out pieces of a suit because he kept running off to take care of people who came in after us (most of which I had to pick out as he tried to give up on finding a size that would fit for pants, shirt, and vest. It felt like he was just grabbing whatever was closest (tried to give us a large shirt when a 3x fit the vest????) When we finally got a suit together he typed it in the computer and said we couldn't get one piece. Told us he'd go grab his tablet to see what he could do then went and helped someone else. We walked out and got much better service at Dillards.

We planned on finishing the suits with shirts, ties and other accessories so he could be fully outfitted. We had a budget of $2K for spending. The Men's Warehouse sales person declined our business as we entered their premises - because we were fully vaccinated and not wearing masks. We promptly said 'have a nice evening' as we exited. The couple who came in after us had the exact same experience. We took our business to Belk's across the street and bought his suits today. Their sales team was more than happy to help us and Belk's even ordered pants with the suit coats to send direct to our home with free shipping. BTW, the couple who also left TMW after we did, was also shopping at Belk's and buying a suit there too. They were in line behind us with a beautiful grey suit at check out. To the management at TMW....just FYI, the CDC has recommended masks not be worn if you are vaccinated. Follow the science....

Kohl's has always been a go-to for me in finding business casual clothing through out the years, this location in particular, especially when I am back home in Newnan. It remains a constant spot for me and my dad due to the sales, which are normally pretty solid on majority of items throughout the store. On the latest trip in, I took my dad for some new clothes after losing a bunch of weight. We were able to get majority of a new wardrobe at good prices here, which was a relief because neither of us wanted to go to several other stores. Returns are usually pretty easy with Kohl's as well, which is another reason why they are a good option. Service is hit and miss at this location. Registers tend to back up easily and it is usually pretty tough to find someone on the floor that can assist in the right department. Never a massive issue, but aggravating in the moment. Overall, this Kohl's is a solid spot and will continue to be a go-to for the family when the need arises!
