I have both managed another vape shop and shopped in several others, and I have NEVER experienced this type of personal one on one customer service in this industry. I was after lotion and gummies, both I read could help with nerve pain in the long term, and honestly I could use something to help with being a bit more chill on occasion too. They took me to a case and then patiently walked me through each product, providing recommendations, etc...I found their kindness towards a total novice refreshing!
