They helped me find what I needed to meet my needs, and answered all of my questions. Karen was basically the one waiting on me, and she was very informative on the pros and cons of the items I asked about. She didn't try to push me to a bigger sale. Her only concern was fitting me with the item that would best fit my needs and that I would be comfortable buying, without steering me towards something more expensive that I really didn't want to spend the money on. For that she instantly earned my respect. I had visited another shop earlier, and though they briefly showed me their cheaper item, they kept trying to steer me towards something that was DOUBLE in price, even after I gave them an amount I was willing to spend at that time. When I would go back to the other item, they would keep giving me reasons to buy the more expensive item. I left there with no intention of returning. They lost the sale, and a potential long term customer. To wrap it up, ATL Vaping puts their customers' needs above the big sale. They are very knowledgeable, and more than willing to answer any questions you have. They have apparently realized that's what brings us back. Tonight, on 06/05/2026, at approximately 8pm, i went in to buy a disposable vape. The lady behind the desk told me i have to have a badge for my discount to be applied. Perfectly fine. I handed my badge over and she denied it because it didn't have a date on it. No fire department badge has a date on it. She says the manager is strict on these things because "people are abusing the privilege" and was very rude during the interaction. The privilege of being a first responder? The privilege of using a discount service they offer? It's incredibly unfortunate because i have always loved this store, but i wont be going back. Like i said, the problem was not that i couldn't use the discount, the problem was how she approached the whole situation and then was incredibly rude.

Couldn't try it cause I was driving. Got home. Tried it. Won't work. Husband tried it. Won't work. Piece of crap and a store that sold something for 40 and won't stand behind it is a store I will never go in and buy anything else. Would NOT recommend this store and for sure not this pen. I would normally use this once a week. Sucks I never even got to take one drag off it!!

I have frequented XHale City many times since they originally open the store in Carrollton. However, over the past couple years, their staff has become ruder and less knowledgeable. My other issue is that, no matter what e-liquid I was looking for, they would NEVER have it in 3mg nicotine. This is the most common nicotine preference for people using non-salts e-liquid. They would always swear that whatever e-liquid I was looking for would be in on the next shipment, and even offered to notify me when it came in. Spoiler, that never happened. A few days ago, I had finally had enough. I went into the store, and as usual, I got ignored for over 5 minutes. The girl working as the cashier was helping another customer, but that being the case, didn't even acknowledge me when I entered the store (a customer service no-no). Also there were two other girls who appeared to be working at the time. One was working on a decorative display, and another behind the counter apparently doing some type of paperwork. When the cashier/salesperson finally got to me, she immediately told me that they didn't have what I was looking for in 3 milligram nicotine, and as I started to ask her a question, she just turned on her heels and walked off. Now please understand, I'm what you would call an anti-Karen. I hate making a scene, but this was too much. So, I ellivated my voice enough to let her know that I wasn't done. I did not shout, I did not scream, I simply and calmly raised the volume a notch. I asked her why they never order enough 3 milligram nicotine when they sell out of it so fast, and why people have to wait for service when there are two other people who were apparently working there at the time. She turned around and yelled (not just raised her voice), that they didn't work here and I was more than welcome to find another vape shop. I did. I went to Smoke and Vape next door. They had what I wanted. It costs a few dollars more, but the staff there is always nice, mature, and very helpful (5 stars for them). I'm 64 years old, and most of the people who actually buy e-liquid and vape supplies from vape shops (as opposed to online) are NOT young people, but people 30 and older who have quit cigarettes for vaping. The girl that was working was not only rude and disrespectful, but didn't look like someone I wanted to do business with. I don't mind piercing and tattoos, but I do expect people to act professionally and dress appropriately at work. This girl looked like she was going for some kind of demented Catholic School girl look (complete with pig tails). I try not to be judgemental, but she made it difficult. I will never visit another XHale City for as long as I live.

So I went to the marketplace for something specific but I ended up walking around. It was a really…read moregood time overall because there's so much to see. If you want to do some shopping for some food or maybe just some shopping for a bite to eat, then this is your spot. You'll come into the market but you have to worry about parking because it's not free but if you're in the city you already know that. They have a validation for parking system there so you can make sure you use that, which is right by the door. There's also other places to park, which is street parking, that you could use your park mobile app as well if you'd prefer to do that or if the parking lot is full. This market has tons of items and things and anything you could think of for the most part. If you are feeling steak or Caribbean food then this is your spot to go to. If you just want some French fries or some oxtail then this is going to be a great place for it as well. There's a myriad of different stalls that you can buy food at that are ready. There's also places that you can actually buy fresh meat and seafood to cook at home. If you're trying to figure out where to go for some steaks or some oxtails or shrimp, you should check this out for sure. So overall I would say this is definitely a spot you should for sure try if you're trying to try some new dishes or if you want to buy some food to make at home. If you're trying to find something that's similar to an Asian market, for example, something off Buford Highway, this would be a good spot to check out. Picking up a couple of steaks and some shrimp is easy work for a spot like this. I actually would probably go for a holiday situation to where I was buying meat to put on the grill. If you don't want to get locked into something like Publix, this is a good spot so just keep that in mind.

They were terrible...the asian man who works there who I believe is the owner was horrible to me ...and later I found out he was bad to my friends aswell...He and someone who I belive was a regular decided to make fun of me and bully me cause I didn't know that much about their new juices....He made fun of me the whole time and got mad when I changed my mind on flavors of juices ....He has a terrible attitude and enjoyed making me feel dumb every chance he got...his other employee who wears glasses was very helpful and nice even when the owner was being rude and mean ....this was the 2nd time I've gone there and had a bad experience and my friends have stopped going because of the owner ...there are many other vape stores that are on the area that are helpful ,nice and have good product ...I recommend anywhere else ... read more

Told the clerk just wanted a reusable vape. With no tobacco solution. The clerk repeated what was stated. Acquired Vaporesso Gen 80 S. The Clark stated want mint with no tobacco. Stated yes, that would be good. The clerk put everything in the bag. Was not shown the solution because it was behind the counter and the clerk put it directly in the black plastic bag. The clerk ended up giving tobacco solution with the mint. Was sold the wrong solution despite stating only wanted tobacco-free solution. Call the number on the receipt; 7707557122 on 08/08/2023. Talk to a manager briefing about the situation. Was unable to read the solution and type environment that was in. The solution was opened. Told the manager clerk over the phone, and he stated he does not know how to do refunds or exchanges. He stated to come back later on that day, when the previous clerk will be able to exchange or refund them tobacco solution. Stated wanted to get this done as soon as possible, to get the correct solution. Asked again why he wouldn't be able to exchange or refund the solution and what will be the difference between coming back later to get the other clerk to exchange or refund. Then he stated the other clerk is going to say the same thing, he did not know how to do a refund or exchange. Ask why he would state to come back later to go to the other clerk to do the refund and exchange. He began to get rude because what he was saying did not make sense. Solution want the mint tobacco Free solution as soon as possible. Managers and staff need to be properly instructed on how to do exchanges and refunds. Train staff to not blatantly lie and say this is a solution to speak to someone else to get it resolved; when you get there, it is not a solution. Resolved as soon as possible.
