Kendra's may have cute clothes but they have lousy customer service. I bought a sweater for my six year old Granddaughter, she didn't wear it for a while, and when she did, it unraveled within about five hours. I didn't have the tags or receipt any more and they refused to even give me a store credit since it was longer than fifteen days since purchase. Really! I enjoyed shopping here until I stopped by last week. The girls were helpful in asking if I needed help and a dressing room but that's where it ended. I picked out 3 or 4 items. I stood at the register while the associate looked at me from across the shop while having a casual conversation with a lady who must have been a regular. I waited thinking maybe she would call the other girl to help me. Nope. She just looked at me again and kept talking. I was about to spend quite a bit of money on these clothes. I'm heading back North after 7 years here and thought I'd stop in one last time. I put the clothes on a nearby table and walked out Not a word. Very disappointed in your exchange/ return policy. 15 days...and you close at 6pm so normal working person can't even get there after work. I drove an hour to shop there base on seeing your clothes on Facebook,but I won't shop there again nor recommend it to anyone else. read more

Can you give NO STARS?!?! I wish that was an option. We JUST got off the phone with them and they were far beyond rude. We had spend $500 in the last month there and JUST ONE item didn't work. We wanted to exchange it and even do more shopping. The receipt was in California so we got it mailed to us in order to exchange it and they will not allow us too since it's past the 15 days and they wouldn't do the exchange without the receipt. The tags are still on it it's not been used and we wanted to exchange it for something that fits better and spend more money there. read more

Came in to find something specific. Emily was so kind and helpful! Told her what I was looking for and she pulled several items and I was even able to try them on! (Most stores aren't allowing this bc of COVID) Overall, my experience was wonderful and I always visit them when in town from Birmingham. read more

I really loved this store until they made feel like a criminal trying to exchange a shirt with tag not attached. I had receipt and tag and shirt was not worn. Just picked up the wrong one. Then she wrote down my name and phone number like I was a criminal. Still not sure if I'm even going to keep this shirt or just get my money back I'm so mad!! Love this store! Cute woman's clothing. Small store, but they have a pretty good amount of items to chose from. Friends bought several things, and I will be back soon! Girls could have better customer service when trying in, etc, but they have really young girls working that might not understand the value of customer service yet. Worst customer service ever! I bought a top on Monday after noon. Didn't notice that the top had a hole in it until Tuesday morning after I cut the tag off! Kendra's sold me a defective item, and would not exchange. Manager could have cared less that I was disatisfied! She got my money and I have a shirt with a hole in it! No customer appreciation at all! Never ever shopping here again! Sounds like the purposefully rip people off! read more

I love the clothes there, and their selection is great. However, the experience with the cashier in my opinion was rude. She did not look me in the eye one time, and seemed to have an attitude while assisting me with my transaction . I have a slight feeling that it was because of my skin color, however I don't want to make assumptions. I'm hoping she was just having a bad day. read more

Very nice store, cute clothes and great prices BUT the staff was not friendly at all! The ONLY helpful friendly person was the young lady working the dressing room. Little did they know that I sometimes spend $100's and $100's of dollars at different stores and I often take out of town guest on shopping trips. I at one point felt like just walking out. I did purchase a few items but not sure that I'll be back. A friendly staff will go a long ways and Kendras is lacking that! read more

I absolutely love Kendra's. They have great sales and the employees are very attentive and helpful. It has become one of my favorite shops in Newnan. The clothes are good quality and they have a huge selection of styles and sizes. Do not judge this store by the outside appearance-it is a lot larger than it appears. Also make sure you visit the other side of store where they have great accessories! Lots of neat jewelry, scarves and hats! You will not be disappointed-just stop by!
