When I rang up my items, I wasn't given the total but the screen gave me the itemized receipt which was nice. Those workers are too young to give crap service at a place many people frequent. I purchased a bottle of Nautica Voyage cologne from Burlington in College Park, Ga on 7/10/23 and…read moreleft it on my bathroom counter in the bag with the receipt. On 7/25/23 I decided to open it and to my dismay the bottle had leaked in the bag making my receipt unreadable and it had no plastic tube on the inside of the bottle so that it can't be sprayed. I tried to exchange it the same day and was told I could not because 1st I've had it to long I should have noticed earlier that it was leaking said one of the managers and 2nd I can't return a fragrance that's not in the original package so they can resale it. I asked how can you resale a defective product? How would I know if it's defective until I open it? Burlington refused to exchange it. I called customer service and was told the same thing. How do you sell an obvious defective product and the only way to see if it's defective is to open it up and then tell a customer we can't take it back because it's open. Make it make sense, so now you've taken my money and I'm stuck with a product I cannot use.
