The seared tuna was over seasoned. I did enjoy the salad. But after waiting for over an hour, I asked if I could get the shrimp and grits, as we had somewhere we needed to be. About that time, someone came out of the kitchen, tried to give me a cheeseburger. I let him know it wasn't for me. "It's for the band! This is where the band is supposed to sit." I had chosen that chair as it was the only one near the windows that didn't have sun directly in our eyes. I told him. There was no sign. None of the servers or hosts had said. "I wasn't notified." But my son and I went ahead and got up and went to stand by the bar to wait for our entree. I felt it had great potential, but it missed the mark for us.

Both have delicious food: The Bays has classics like burgers, and fun appetizers. The Cellar has a sophisticated of steaks and such. I cannot make my mind up which I like better! I like that I can choose between two restaurants! My favorite though, is the staff. I'm usually uncomfortable in public if it's noisy. The staff is so sweet and kind, I forget all about my challenges and relax! Folks! You've gotta go & go often!

The open pavilion catches your eye with the huge beautiful pond in the background. I attend some dear friends Daughter's wedding and it was perfect. Actually, something one day I hope for my own Daughter. The wedding itself was under this massive oak out in the field, it was stunning. Afterwards the reception was large enough for dining and dancing. The staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. The caterer and open bar was delish and popular. With the DJ jamming out until the late evening. I highly recommend if you looking for a incredible venue for any occasion.

The sunset wedding and evening reception was picture perfect! John and Melissa were very helpful, and the cottage was such a wonderfully quaint place for the bridal party to get ready. This venue has grown so much in the past two years since we first booked the place! They continue to improve it constantly! From the beautiful pavilion with lights and bar area to the vast layout options, you will not be disappointed! Everything you want can be prearranged, so do not hesitate to ask. John and Melissa reached out to me on several occasions to see if there was anything we needed. Both were in attendance and accessible on the day and night of the wedding just in case we needed them. Reasonably priced and views you can't buy anywhere else, this venue is a must see for any event you would like to host outdoors!

They were well-prepared and very responsive in the weeks leading up to the event as we finalized our playlist and the ceremony schedule. They set up their equipment in the garden and started playing music long before the ceremony started, so the mood was already set when we started taking photos and the guests began to arrive. During the outdoor ceremony, they hit all of the music cues as the flower girls, families, and bride/groom walked down the aisle. Inside for dinner, Eric and his wife set up not just the music but the lighting as well - providing extremely good value. They did a good job playing a wide range of music and responding to the atmosphere of the crowd as we went through the different stages of the event. Once the dancing started, they kept the crowd engaged and excited throughout the night. They were also flexible with music requests and setting up a last minute bouquet toss. Throughout the night, they were both friendly, approachable, positive, and hard-working - it's always good when the DJs seem to enjoy the event as much as the crowd does. Overall, Eric and his wife would be a fantastic choice for your event and we highly recommend them. Adaptable, easy to work with, but also dedicated and prepared. They contributed hugely to the fun atmosphere at our wedding during both the ceremony and the dinner/dancing afterwards. Thank you!

Prior to the event there was great communication via email and phone and we added our own must have songs to his compilation. There was never a dull moment and our party was literally on FIRE! Eric is the BEST DJ I have EVER hired! Every person at our party asked for his card and I will use him again. UNBELIEVABLE! Set in an old historic building, this place just reeks of character. High ceilings, glass enclosed private offices, and an open work area for collaboration and mingling. Nice room in the back for meetings and workshops. Fresh Hot Coffee always available and a perk. It is an ideal place for the entrepreneur on the go and the small business owner with a home office that needs to get out into the daylight and be with other innovative entrepreneurs. Check them out on EventBright to see what workshops and pitch events are planned. Local business networking groups meet there on a monthly basis. ONLY DOWNSIDE - Parking is tricky. They are bookended by two businesses that own the neighboring parking lots on either side and behind 15 Perry and are none too happy when people park there (even if their own parking lots rarely fill up). The lot across the street is the employee lot for the post office and although almost always pretty empty they now have LARGE warning signs about parking there. There is a parking lot around the corner that you can park in and parking on the street near by is usually pretty easy, but just plan accordingly when you arrive the first time so you don't discover you have to re-park to avoid the boot or a ticket.

When we moved to South Atlanta, I didn't think there'd be as much of a desire for a coworking space, but 15 Perry Street has been booked to the max since the day they opened. My favorite part though are the many training opportunities that are offered there... between 1 Million Cups and the South Atlanta Business Association, it feels like there's always something going on.
