The only bad spot in my wedding. Virtually all the food was cold and it was a hot item menu. I asked for a fajita station in addition to the rest of the menu and they did not bring anything to set the fajita station up on and tried to tell me that was my issue. While serving the fajitas they were giving guests one to two little strips of meat. I rented chairs and was told they had run out of them but they did bring what they could find. What they could find appeared to have been in someones dirty basement for over 20 years. If I had not had chair covers they would have been unusable. They asked me to let my guests serve themselves several times after I had been charged for a bartender. I had to keep pointing out that I was told I had to legally have someone in charge of the alcohol according to them, and I had paid for someone to do that. So many other smaller things occurred. The only time I cried during my entire engagement/wedding was dealing with this crew. I waited a week to write the coordinator Shirley and CC'd what appeared to be the owner on Linked In. I wanted to give the the information with little emotion and a better perspective before I wrote. To date, they have not responded at all. read more

Amazing amazing amazing! The best decision we made about our wedding was hiring Kimble's! No one could have been more helpful and there's no one could have gone above and beyond like them! Everything looked perfect and of course the food was delicious! They helped us with almost every part of our wedding and anything we needed had answers!! Do not pass them by! read more

Awful. Surly service, ran out of food, no clean up, no knives. Told food was finger food - large chicken strips on a stick. When asked for a knife, they chopped the chicken with a spatula and prctically threw it at me. Bartender put a tip jar out, claimed to be out of beer when there wrte 5 cases left, and never refilled the premade sangria. Do not hirevthese people. read more

Meet the Manager: Shirley B.

Shirley Barnes has been a member of our management team for 17 years and has dedicated herself to creating a team of people who love what they do and it shows. She has provided event planning and coordination for such guests as state, regional and local government officials, VIP Corporate dignitaries and a broad scope of events over the years. While working with our Brides she specializes in creating the dream wedding the bride has planned since she was 5 years old. By taking away the stress of all the many details allowing the couple to have an enjoyable day with their guests. Chef Dexter Jones has provided leadership to our culinary team for 15 years. He takes pride in creating the perfect menu for the style of service requested by the host then making sure the food is prepared fresh and presented professionally so that your guests will be talking about the food for weeks following the event. Ashley Cornwell is our Operations Manager and is responsible for making the event a success

At the end of our meals, the cake was brought out, no knife, no plates. He asked after I blew out the candles (that my mom brought) if we wanted the cake cut and he would take it to the back to have it sliced. I said no I want to cut it myself and that was fine with him. When we got our check, a $25 fee was added to our bill for the cake. We were not made aware of the add on whatsoever. I think if they would've mentioned from the get go that we had to pay for my cake to be brought out we would've declined and kept the cake with us.
