I was finally able to get a hold of someone in the kitchen, and they did send some food for the rehearsal, but nothing compared to what I had paid for. I confirmed on my end that I had emailed the correct date and had the proof to show them. They told me they would work on a reimbursement for me, but it took almost 4 months, and me threatening to involve a lawyer before I ever received any reimbursement. Communication is not great with the catering side and I would never depend on them to cater my event.

What they could find appeared to have been in someones dirty basement for over 20 years. If I had not had chair covers they would have been unusable. They asked me to let my guests serve themselves several times after I had been charged for a bartender. I had to keep pointing out that I was told I had to legally have someone in charge of the alcohol according to them, and I had paid for someone to do that. So many other smaller things occurred.
