Unfortunately, my daughter wanted one of the dresses so I called ahead to have it ready for me to come purchase and I mentioned there was three stains on it thinking they would get it off before I picked up the dress, but they didn't they agreed to take 10% off so I agreed to take it and clean it myself and they said they would stream it free of charge. I brought the dress back and the owner took it I said I got the stains out and I just needed it steamed she said ok. I was notified 2 days later it was ready I went to pick it up the owner said I owed $45 I said why she said we cleaned it I said that is not what I asked you to do and I would not pay the charge. She said you told me to clean it and steam it when you dropped it off and I said no I did not she said yes you did -basically calling me a liar. We will NEVER go back to this shop again I can't get over the rudeness of the owner of this small business. Shoppers BEWARE!!
