My husband picked up his clothing, and we loaded everything up to go out of town for a funeral. Once there, he realized the pants he was given weren't his. He returned the pants to the cleaners and received a call later that day, where he was gaslit by someone from the cleaners who insisted that they were indeed his pants because they had a "video". My husband is very capable of knowing what belongs to him. Furthermore, rather than apologizing and acknowledging that a mix-up occurred, they insisted that he come in and watch the video. Angie was not the least bit concerned about this or the fact that the wedding was two days later. Thank goodness I found Rainbow Cleaners who was gracious enough to do a quick clean to fix Angie's awful mistake. Steer clear- accidents happen but the owner doesn't take responsibility or care when they do.
