I called two separate times and was unable to get any real answer to my question- though these calls get routed to the call center and not locally. I tried to call the local phone numbers for Greyhound but one was disconnected and the other just rings with no answer. Luckily, the bus I booked made it up to Toronto only 30 minutes late- most of that delay being traffic and not border crossing issues. The bus terminal itself is small and outdated. It could have been cleaner, but it really could have been worse. Seats are hard, there is no food in the immediate area so if you don't bring something with you you're out of luck. That said, if you do your homework and are prepared this is a nice option to get to Toronto or other nearby cities. And best of all, I paid $40 for a round-trip ticket. You can't beat that.

Last Friday, we were planning on attending a play at a theater downtown and decided to take the train in from Amherst. I checked the schedule on line to figure which time would work best for us. The train left at exactly the listed time & got us to our stop right on time. Coming home was exactly the same. I'm not sure if during peak periods it's like this. The only complaint was the lack of cleanliness. Our train car had spilled beverages on seats and trash all over. The ride home was better. I wouldn't hesitate to do this again. So much easier to driving downtown and paying crazy parking fees. The train ride is $2 and only $1 for seniors. 2023-87

My wife and I had a recent trip to Niagra Falls and we used a Touch of Class for our ride from the…read moreairport to the Hotel. I emailed them to get a quote and it came back very quickly. John who contacted me back was extremely professional. He went over Covid protocols for going into Canada and back to the US. Even gave us good times for pickup to make it back to the airport on time. We did find out the two days before the trip that passports were not up to date. Contacted John and he made all the changes for us. Now for the night of the flight into Buffalo. The plane got delayed into Buffalo by about 60 min, so we are now a little after 11 PM to land. We get to the baggage claim area and meet John (not sure if it was the same John as on email). He was amazing and friendly. We waited for our bags, and it appears that one of our bags did not make it with us. John patiently waited with us while we went and filed paperwork with the airline. John still made the night special for us even with all the problems. John got us into the limo and the ride was amazing, he even offered to stop and get us something to eat because everything was closed nearby. The pick-up from the hotel was perfect too. John picked us up in the SUV for the return trip. The car was still amazing and the drive was smooth. Had a great talk with John and he was able to talk about all the history of the area. Not being from there it was extremely interesting. This was an anniversary trip for my wife and me, and we felt like VIPs the whole time. I could not have asked for a better experience. We purchased an adventure pass that includes 2 days of wego bus use. They have an unlabeled parking lot we had trouble finding that we were able to use with our pass and then take the bus to other stops. With the passes, it's really easy to scan and hop on. The drivers were very inconsistent. Some were all business and got us quickly to our next stop. Others spent a half hour just sitting at a stop fielding questions from people. Every time I thought we would finally go, someone new walked up. The buses were supposed to arrive every 15 minutes but not every driver stayed on schedule. These delays caused us to miss our aero car time, although we were able to reschedule to the next day when we finally got to the stop. My suggestion is to plan for a lot of time between attractions so you don't miss anything due to wego delays.
