I again called @ 9: 25 to which I was told that I had cancelled the pickup on my previous call I told them to pound salt and stick it "where the moon don't shine" Leaving me with the only option of piling into my car with my wife and luggage and trying to check our big bag within 45. In of our flight which I was able to do - but with 2 min to spare Meanwhile my wife tried to park our car and ended up in the more expensive parking lot - but was able to make the flight by 2 min before boarding To say I'm POed would be an understatement and am wondering if this ragtag operation has enough class to pick up our parking for a ten day stay in DC??? John who contacted me back was extremely professional. He went over Covid protocols for going into Canada and back to the US. Even gave us good times for pickup to make it back to the airport on time. We did find out the two days before the trip that passports were not up to date. Contacted John and he made all the changes for us. Now for the night of the flight into Buffalo. The plane got delayed into Buffalo by about 60 min, so we are now a little after 11 PM to land. We get to the baggage claim area and meet John (not sure if it was the same John as on email). He was amazing and friendly. We waited for our bags, and it appears that one of our bags did not make it with us. John patiently waited with us while we went and filed paperwork with the airline. John still made the night special for us even with all the problems. John got us into the limo and the ride was amazing, he even offered to stop and get us something to eat because everything was closed nearby. The pick-up from the hotel was perfect too. John picked us up in the SUV for the return trip. The car was still amazing and the drive was smooth. Had a great talk with John and he was able to talk about all the history of the area. Not being from there it was extremely interesting. This was an anniversary trip for my wife and me, and we felt like VIPs the whole time. I could not have asked for a better experience. Our trolley driving was incredibly helpful and had extra towels for our flowers and knew his way around Buffalo. The biggest complaint was my contact person through the company no longer worked there but after calling the main line I was connected to another individual who helped me through the rest of the process. I loved how gratuity was included so that wasn't something I had to think about the wedding day.

I was hesitant at first because I am all about practical and budgeting and all that jazz. But one of the most fun memories from the wedding was the trolley ride with my friends, family, and husband to be. Nate and I also took a little trolley ride after the ceremony so that we could have a little Mr. and Mrs. alone time before all the socializing of the evening. From the first time I called until the evening wrapped up, I could not have been happier with the quality of service we received. From helping to choose the options that did fit my budget to making every aspect of the day of all that I could have asked for, this was one of the best decisions I made while planning. To specify, we had the white trolley during the afternoon and early evening, and then we arranged for a minibus to drive us all back to the hotel after the wedding. It was the perfect combination for the budget and for the game plan. This is my only experience with Buffalo Trolleys, but I know that they do lots of events other than just weddings, and I would highly recommend giving them a call. I'll post some pictures so that you can see how lovely the trolley was and how much it added to the atmosphere.

My experience with the customer service is similar to some of the reviews below about the office…read morebeing rude and claiming to be "super transparent" about prices. I usually get a bus service 4-5 times a season and have never had an issue like this. I booked a Sprinter from 716 Limousine for the 1/12 Bills game and was quoted with a base rate of $695 plus a 20% gratuity and 4% fuel surcharge (~$867 total), but after changing my time to pick up time and discussing with them, my new charge came out to $933.72. The extra $66 was what I had assumed was the charge with the added time, as I was told it would be "not that much". Also, this was on my invoice before the game and up to the afternoon of 1/13 as seen below. Without being informed, they had processed an extra $190 charge labeled "Additional Charges 1" bringing the grand total to $1130.72. I did not receive any documentation of this beforehand and when I called to discuss this, I was told it was for the additional time. I was also told that "their staff was well trained", so there is no way they could have been wrong about the pricing ahead of time, and that, "they were very transparent" despite not sending me updated price documentation. Out of the dozens and dozens of buses I've taken to Bills games, this was by far the least transparent, and the most expensive. Not once have I had the price change like this without advance notice and then have the company imply that I should've known. You don't have to look far to find better, cheaper options. She did some investigation and was able to secure a driver for my dad right away. The driver got to my dad in a hurry, helped him with the bags and got him to the airport in time. When I got the call from my dad that he was at the gate of the airport the family was ecstatic. Remember I said in the beginning of this review that he is elderly.
