My experience with the customer service is similar to some of the reviews below about the office being rude and claiming to be "super transparent" about prices. I usually get a bus service 4-5 times a season and have never had an issue like this. I booked a Sprinter from 716 Limousine for the 1/12 Bills game and was quoted with a base rate of $695 plus a 20% gratuity and 4% fuel surcharge (~$867 total), but after changing my time to pick up time and discussing with them, my new charge came out to $933.72. The extra $66 was what I had assumed was the charge with the added time, as I was told it would be "not that much". Also, this was on my invoice before the game and up to the afternoon of 1/13 as seen below. Without being informed, they had processed an extra $190 charge labeled "Additional Charges 1" bringing the grand total to $1130.72. I did not receive any documentation of this beforehand and when I called to discuss this, I was told it was for the additional time. I was also told that "their staff was well trained", so there is no way they could have been wrong about the pricing ahead of time, and that, "they were very transparent" despite not sending me updated price documentation. Out of the dozens and dozens of buses I've taken to Bills games, this was by far the least transparent, and the most expensive. Not once have I had the price change like this without advance notice and then have the company imply that I should've known. You don't have to look far to find better, cheaper options. Truly excellent service from start to finish. My driver, John, was fantastic -- professional, friendly, and a genuinely great person to chat with. He got me safely from Erie, PA to the Buffalo Niagara Airport with absolutely no issues. John arrived at my Erie hotel 30 minutes early, helped load my luggage, and made sure everything was handled smoothly before we even hit the road. The ride itself was in a black Cadillac 3-passenger sedan, which was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for the trip. He also held a big piece of paper with my name on it to ensure that I was indeed the passenger he would be taking to Buffalo. He was a safe, attentive driver, and we had great conversation the entire way -- it made the drive fly by. Absolutely horrible experience. I called this company over a month in advance to reserve a limo, spent 45 minutes on the phone giving them every detail -- including my credit card info -- and they completely dropped the ball. No confirmation, no follow-up, and on the day of the event, no limo showed up. I had 14 people ready to go, and we were left stranded because of their total lack of professionalism and communication. If you value your time, money, or sanity, stay far away from this company. They were "super transparent" about prices, but when I asked to view the formal contract, it was requested that I had to pay a non-refundable 30% deposit. Worst Manager of an establishment ever. There were charges that I was not aware of on my card. I called to discuss it and was rudely cut off, placed on hold and then talked to rudely. When I asked for the manager NICOLE said I am the manager and I said how said is that. In my 20 years of owning a business if any of my mangers was to talk to a customer that way I would fire them. We were told we had party bus for 5 hours - 9 pm to 2 am. We live in Orchard Park and were going to city I paid for 5 hours and gave driver a $150 cash tip before drop off. I just so happened to leave my cologne back in my other car and luckily he had some for me! He reached out the night before to let me know what to expect, and then again the day of with last minute details. You can tell that he takes pride in his job and making sure everyone has an amazing night with lifelong memories! The limo itself was very clean and roomy for our group of 18. I have never dealt with a more rude company in my life. I registered for a Tour in Buffalo that I Had to cancel and after calling to cancel it a week before I got a text message the day before the tour was suppose to be saying that it was still booked! I called up again and got an ansering service! I have not dealt with a more rude and uninterested individual in my life. He did not answer the phone with the company name and when I wanted to confirm who I was taking to he did not conform back! He later hung up on me without even asking me what my name was so that he could make sure my reservation was cancelled! This individual does not belong in customer service. So, after I posted this review the Guy called me back and was a lot nicer on the phone! Then I called today Monday and spoke to Kelly and she was very nice too! My only issue is John the Manager who claims that I have the wrong company! I checked the phone numbers in their page 716 Limousine and the number I called and they match up! I called yesterday on a Sunday and they do in fact havs an answering service! I also asked Kelly at 716 Limousine if they have Bus Tours and she confirmed that they have do in fact do Buffalo Double Decker Bus Tours! So maybe John feels that he can hide behind his Limousine Company Description but, they do indeed run Bus Tours as well! AMAZING!! The limo bus with the Buffalo Skyline Window Tint was ABSOLUTELY amazing. USB chargers through out, blue tooth for the stereo, and immaculate! We were getting asked about our ride the entire day because of how cool it looked/sounded when we arrived at each winery. Has a small basin for ice that came filled with small water bottles and bags of chips! Totally unexpected and PERFECT! There is storage space above the seats where you can keep coats/purses. We ended up with a dozen boxes of wine which made for a tricky ride home because we had them at our feet BUT no one is up and moving around during the ride home so not a huge deal BUT could recommend if there is under bus storage it be offered. Walter was our driver and was VERY helpful through out the entire day! He kept us safe and was super flexible when a change had to be made unexpectedly with one of our stops. Stephen our driver was early to my friends house (which admittedly I had driven by initially so we were a tad worried.) he was super friendly, respectful, and most importantly professional. They asked for an itinerary from us pre tour which I though was strange at first, but overall I was happy we had. I ordered a sedan for pick up from the Buffalo airport. Ron was waiting for me at baggage, loaded the luggage, drove me to my hotel and helped me get my luggage inside. He was very professional. While visiting my sick father, he passed away. I once again contacted 716 Limousine to have a limousine escort my family from St. Andrews RC Church, to the Mausoleum and onto a family gathering. The weather was really cold as an Arctic Storm was blowing through. One star is appropriate, given the level of attention to serving the needs of the guests. I can't recommend this company, and here is why. If you tell a company your wedding ends at 11pm does that mean they head back to the office then? Dave took a couple of people from the venue to the hotel at 11:10 and jumped on the thruway "all done". At 11:20 the bride, groom, wedding party and a few more (18 in all) were waiting outside. Dave, when contacted was on the 90east and had to go to another exit to turn back, arriving after midnight...right behind the fifth Uber taking the last 3 guests. He had to notice the bride and groom had not come out, did he think we paid over $1100 to shuttle 9 guests? He could have made a swing back (3 miles) to see If more guests were waiting, or called the groom whose number he had, to be sure everyone was taken care of. Every time I have been in a limo the driver went above and beyond to serve the guests, not this company! The owner said "so sorry" . read more
