They allowed me to use their equipment/space/time to save everything I could off the extracted hard drive onto my Dropbox. I wasn't able to find the docs I was working on in Word because they had never been saved. Yet, the tech there was able to do some magical coding/typing and located the unfinished/unsaved docs I thought I had lost forever! Very kind and patient and accommodating. I will always go back there when/if I need service. Note: It looks really confusing from the outside - is it a jewelry store? Antique store? Computer shop? The website is also really confusing. But if you just step inside the door to the shop, you'll see that the computer folks are to the left and they will help you from there. (Basically, it's a family-owned company with multiple businesses in the same building.)

Set up appointment to get film on windows. The crew came out and got busy putting the film on the windows. My pictures you can't tell. But I could definitely tell the difference as they were putting it on. It knocked out that heat the sun puts through as it sets. It was miserable and the A/C could not keep up with all the heat. Less windows glare also. My windows were hard to do anything else with since they were high and triangular. This was an amazing option. Definitely recommend if you have any hard to cover windows that can't be done with curtains.
