Helped me figure out the best location for my unit, set up the wires (in an older house too so he had to update things), kept everything clean and helped put the coach back before leaving. I am surprised at how positive my experience was because normally I hear negatives experiences regarding internet but AT&T knows what they are doing! 10/10 PS told Steve that my mother's internet was having issues, he asked if it was AT&T and offered to help her too!

I am giving them one star off because the normal wait at the store- I think they should beef up on their staffing considering how much we all pay for service. The other 4 stars are for the store environment and the outstanding personal service I have received. The store environment is cool, much more engaging than it used to be. It lessens the irritation with the wait. When it comes to service, each of the people whom I have interacted with were awesome. They are generally friendly asking how your day is going and surprisingly knowledgable. They they know their products, and they listened, make suggestions and answer my questions. They even helped me to evaluate my current plan to help me save some money. If I have to go into the store, this is a great place to do it.
