I had a great spa experience today here! I got a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Russ, who did a great job. He had a cool sliding door room that opened to the gardens in the middle. And they had tasty orange flavored water. Then, I had a beautiful pedicure with Marcella! She is kind, personable, fun, and did a great job! My toes look great and my feet feel fabulous! And I had a blast hanging out with her! It was a beautiful place with nice people! The only thing I wish was that they offered a robe and a more spa type experience, instead of the salon feel. read more

Away from my usual hair stylist, I needed help. I took a chance that paid off in a big way! Courtney was my stylist at Isle Style, and she is SO very talented. She colored my hair, trimmed it a bit, and it is perfect. I am thrilled with the work she did. Additionally, I saw Kim and got the Signature Facial and brow waxing. She did such a great job. The facial was super relaxing, my skin is glowing, and my brows are back in shape. For the "spa day" finale, I got a mani-pedi with Daymi, who was so fun, cool and personable. She also did phenomenal work. I really enjoy complimenting talent, and I sincerely tip my hat to all of these talented ladies. Though I am visiting an island, there was no need for me to "go native" with unkempt brows and dark roots in my hair. This is a hot spa that rivals any big city! read more

I got a massage, facial and mani/pedi. My groom-to-be sent me and my maid of honor the day before our wedding - the BEST present he ever gave me. This place is absolutely delightful. There are adorable clothes and jewelry for sale in the front, top-quality salon products in the back, and a courtyard with lush vegetation. My massage made me forget the stress of wedding planning. The facial was done with a line of organic skin care. I felt like my manicurist was my best friend. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It's a Key West MUST. read more

I was so excited to try Isle Style during my recent vacation to Key West. The grounds were lovely and the front desk staff seemed pleasant. My husband and I scheduled a quick 30 minute couple's massage to begin our vacation and relax from our travels. We were offered some delicious flavored waters while we filled out paperwork. I noted that I had poor posture from working at a desk and would like extra attention on my neck, back, and shoulders. My husband has no problem areas. We went out to where they have couple's massages. The scenery was beautiful and the room was well-decorated. We got settled on our respective tables. My massage therapist was a man who was not very friendly, but seemed competent. My husband had a woman who was very personable and polite. Once we got started, my massage therapist lectured me on proper chair use and how how my generation's technology use was going to affect us all once we got older. I never once felt relaxed. I had to ask a few times whether or not he was going to massage my feet or legs. He wasn't planning to, but he told me he would save the last 5 minutes for that. In my experience, even with quick massages, there was always a few minutes for feet, legs, and arms. I thought it was very strange that I had to ask for it. My husband seemed to enjoy his massage for the most part, but over the next several days, he had very limited flexibility, was sore, and felt knots all over his back. He said that he felt fine prior to the massage. After our massages ended, we dressed and the pair met us with a cups of flavored water. The woman was still extremely friendly and the man was still rude. He was speaking to my husband about me and then proceeded to give him the same condescending lecture about our generation's technology use. We could not get out of there fast enough. I would not recommend Isle Style if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing massage. read more

I made an appointment here for myself, my fiance and our officiant to get our hair and makeup done for our wedding. The girls that did our hair and make up did a great job and listened to what we wanted. We are very simple and didn't want anything elaborate. I am not giving this salon 3 stars because of them. This rating is coming from the front of the house receptionist and the stylist that is contracted in. My friend who got her hair done by the stylist that was contracted in looked worse than something that we could have done at home. We had a few last minute girls that wanted some curls added in or a blow out and the lady at the front desk was rude about it and said it there wasn't time. She never went back and asked the girls if they had time for a few walk ins. I had to bring it up to them and they said they said they had plenty of time and would be happy to. While we were there we were asked if we would like a glass of Prosecco which I thought was very nice. My fiance was still getting her hair done when I went and paid for everyone. I never received an itemized receipt but was charged a lot of money for what wasn't a lot of work. We went back to sit and wait for my fiance to finish up and my friend went in to ask if we could can another glass of Prosecco. The front desk lady came running out and started telling me about how she forgot to charge me for the first glass and made us pay for it! 1. No one told me that it wasn't complementary and 2. I just spent a ton of money here you couldn't have given it to us? She insisted that we had to be charged and made us pay separately for it. I have never been to a salon where it wasn't complementary or if they do charge am told up front. Very disappointed in her customer service skills. read more

We had an awful day on a jetski tour that was in a small craft warning. Felt like getting into repeated car accidents. We were celebrating our engagement from the week prior and decided to treat ourselves to a couples massage. I also decided to book a classic manicure and spa pedicure before the message. This spa had better reviews than our hotel's spa, so we decided the walk from the hotel was worth it. (less than 2 minutes from Southernmost Beach Resort) I showed up for my mani and pedi with Daymi. What an eccentric and outgoing young woman. I loved how she talked with me the entire 90 minutes. Typically I spend the time on my phone, but I did not even pull it out of my pocket! I really loved that about her. I picked a color and she suggested a different one because it would last longer. (she was right) She did a great manicure and pedicure. I wanted the spa pedicure because my feet were killing me. I thought there would be more massaging, but I was ok with the fact that there wasn't because I had a massage set up afterwards. The pedicure ended with putting my feet into hot wax stuff which I did not like at all. Daymi was totally cool with that and told me not to worry about it and she took it off my bill, which I did not even ask for. Much appreciated. I really cannot say enough good things about Daymi. She truly has passion for her job and it shows. I got done early and waited a short while for my fiance to show up. We had to fill out a short form and had to wait. It was a rainy day, so when I made the reservation and they asked if I wanted the massage indoors or outdoors, I of course said indoors. The girl who did my massage came over to talk to us and ask us if we knew what the outdoor area looked like, which we did not. I am so thankful that she did this. The outdoor area was a covered, heated room, it was beautiful. I asked her if it was too late to change to that, and she said no problem and set it up. I made sure to put on my form that I needed the massage to be gentle, as a I suffer from fibromyalgia and several other health issues. I also asked her to pay attention to my feet. I enjoyed the massage, it was very relaxing. I really enjoyed listening to the rain and the fountain the entire time. My fiance, who had never gotten a massage before, did not enjoy his. Although he has nothing to compare it to, it was not what he expected. He said she was acting more like a chiropractor pulling his arms in various directions. So I do not know if I can get him in a massage again in the future, as he was not to thrilled about this one. I was also surprised we were not given an opportunity to shower afterwards. I would have given 5 stars for my experience, but I wanted to include my fiance's expereince which brought it to 4. I also wish that I could remember the names of the women who did our massages. The woman who did my massage was blonde, while the woman who did my fiance's was brunette with her hair tied back. Overall, if we go back to Key West, I will see Daymi for my nails again. I might even get a single massage there. But I think we will go somewhere else for a couples massage. read more

Sandy West is an angel. I had a wedding in September in Key West and she made everything beyond perfect. I am from Cleveland and was very nervous about having my hair and makeup done with no trials. Sandy did better than I could have ever imagined. I loved my hair and my makeup- it was the favorite part of my wedding- my hair and makeup could not have been better. When she was done and I looked in the mirror I could not believe how I had been transformed. All night long people told me I was so beautiful and I felt it. If you are getting in married in Key West I strongly reccommend using Sandy West- she is incredible. I also like the girl that did my nails a lot- but do not remember her name. Isle Style is so beautiful and peaceful. There is a tropical courtyard in the middle where you can relax. Also unique about Isle Style is the stylist have private rooms. It was nice not to be in an assembly line to be processed. There was one mistake Isle Style made and that was with scheduling the day before my wedding. I went in for a manicure and they explained that there was a scheduling mistake and I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for my manicure. That being said I had to give Isle Style 5 out of 5 because i do not think I have ever been so happy with the end result of my hair in makeup in my life. Everyone there was very professional and the prices are reasonable. Marcella did my nails. She did a great job and is very personable. I have had the WORST time trying to find a hair stylist in Key West since I moved here from NY a year ago. I actually got a 'haircut' the same day at a different location and she butchered my hair. I recently got my hair and make up done by Alexis (Alexa?) and the whole experience was great. I am not a hair/make up person, so I had no idea what I wanted and was way out of my element.
