Her schedule is busy so you'll need to plan ahead. I was lucky to get a spot from a cancellation. Yelp didn't specify that she is closed on Mondays. BB's nail room is inside a store front labeled "Mustard Seed" and her room is through the front and the door on the left. She doesn't have a sign by the door and I wasn't sure I had found the right spot. One last thing, if you want a quick less thorough service, this is not a good choice. BB takes her time. They said it was because my hair was long and there was an upcharge for shampoo and hair dry. My hair is hardly past my shoulders. The appointment took 20-30 minutes in all. I asked for a ~1 inch trim with long layers. I ended up with hair 2-3 inches shorter, no layers, and it is uneven from one side to the other. The prices are falsely advertised and I was never informed about up charges, and the staff basically shrugged when I showed them the price on my appointment booking screen. Shampoo, wash, and dry costs significantly less than this at salons that are far nicer and will give you an even haircut. Save your money and hair and get a haircut elsewhere.

She even asked me how I wanted my hair dried (with volume, straight, etc). She is very efficient but I never felt rushed. My appointment lasted about an hour and 20 minutes. Hillary fit me in the night before Thanksgiving with a 5:45pm appointment. Her work ethic is impressive and she is truly a delight. You would never know this adorable lounge existed as it is in the back of a building that has a few other businesses in it. Once you go up the stairs just follow the signs, which lead you down a couple of corridors, then you will see a brightly colored door with CAYO on it. Go through that and up the stairs and you can immediately feel the warm vibe she has created. I also love that she was very neat with the color. I had none left on top and behind my ears and other places on my face. Her hats adorn the walls and displays. I did not purchase one, but just might! They are stylish and have personality. Hillary's fees are reasonable, $140 for a root color and blow dry. She accepts credit cards and other payment types and if you choose to tip that can be charged as well.
