Excellent! My first time i went there, after my aesthetician recommended it. I wanted a haircut and Bobbyshop was new to me. My hair is now very short thanks to chemo. I haven't found a stylist that has the nerve to cut my naturally curly hair short. I gave Eric carte blanche to cut. He cut it very short on the sides and back, tapered on top. I love it, my husband loves it, my friends and relatives love it. It fits my curly hair and face perfectly. He knew how to work with my very curly hair so it naturally goes into place. I visit Key West fairly frequently as we keep a boat moored at NAS Boca Chica. I was in town to celebrate my husband's birthday with friends. If you want a stylist who does not listen to your request go here! I made an appointment for my fiance' who has a gorgeous head of naturally curly, white hair. I searched reviews and it appeared that Liz was highly recommended by clients. I was told when I made the appointment that she was no longer there and that Courey would be a good stylist. When he arrived he was told she was not available and was seated in the chair of a guy stylist who "butchered" his hair after he described that he want just less than a quarter of an inch off and shaped up. There was more hair on the floor than on his head. He was so irritated when he left he just didn't say anything, which is not like him. So, our recourse is to warn others to avoid this place. Considering Bobby's bio on the website, and his desire for long locks that he'd ensure his stylists listen to what clients want. Unfortunately many stylists, wherever they are always seem to think they know what's best instead of using their TWO ears! Do not go here!!! read more

Men's Haircut- I got an appointment with Liz at the suggestion/insistence of my gal pal. What a great decision! I've had a hard time getting a good men's hair cut here in the keys. This is the best hair cut I've ever gotten, 23 years of hair cuts, and this is the best cut ever. Great attention to detail, friendly staff. I recommend Liz with full confidence! I'm a barbershop kinda guy. I visit them when I travel. I called and made an appointment. The place is cute with lots of Elvis and 80's rock album covers. My barber was nice and wanted to know what I wanted. I asked for a trim, about a half inch, no clippers, no fade- just a clean up. The reason for the two stars is the cut I received was not even close to my request. After trimming me up with scissors, out came the clipper and He proceeded to give me a very short clip on the sides and back. After I washed my hair later it looked Weird. It'll grow out.... but.... I didn't notice how short he was going until after... I haven't had that happen before. Pricing was fair, if I got the cut I asked for. read more

I randomly selected this shop from Yelp while on vacation in Key West and I'm so happy I did. They only made me wait about 15 minutes after walking in without an appointment. My hair was a very heavy, thick triangle-shape after growing out a short cut for a while. I believe my hair stylist's name was Aleksandar... he 100% knew exactly what to do with my thick and difficult hair. He didn't take much length off, but layered it beautifully and thinned out certain parts with a razor. The whole process took less than an hour and I felt fabulous once again. The price was very affordable too. I am so happy I walked into Bobbyshop and got my hair styled by Aleksandar! If I'm ever in need of an emergency haircut and in Key West again, I would definitely return here. read more
