Literally the cleanest, nicest nail salon I've seen in the keys. So kind, kept asking me if I was okay, gave me complimentary drinks, best foot massage, the hot towels were aroma infused and I'm so happy with my French powder dip on my hands. I upgraded my pedi to the VIP with paraffin and hot stones and after three 13 hours shifts this gave me life again. highly recommended and will be back. read more

I just left this nice clean salon with a fresh manicure and pedicure. The technician did a wonderful job on both. He was on time and quick but thorough. He immediately offer me a complimentary beverage upon my arrival. While doing the pedicure, he noticed I was hot and walked over to turn on a fan, then directed it my way! I will definitely return. Highly recommend! read more

I called in the am and was able to get in the same day. Best Pedi and structured gel mani I have had in years! It was clean and the chairs were new and very comfortable. Staff was great! read more

I got a pedicure here on 5/13/2023. we chose this place due to the 5 star rating. It should be a less than 0 star rating. First of all the lady kept coughing in my face and no covering her mouth with her hand or a mask. She ignored me when I asked her to cut my nails shorter. The worst part is she filed my nails at a sideways slant. Not rounded or squared or even asked what I wanted. I could not get the correction because she ignored me. I strongly suggest you save your money and go elsewhere. I live in Big Pine Key and truly wish to support my community but in all good conscience I'm not able to recommend this place. read more

First let me say this is by far the cleanest nail salon I have been to in the Keys. It was recommended by a friend who is very happy with their manicures and pedicures. Unfortunately I can't recommend them for dipping powder. They don't seem to do many of those, and did not have the displays that showed what the colors actually looked like on the nails. So I was stuck sorting through a bunch of containers of powders trying to guess the colors. I ended up grabbing a medium purple that ended up dark blue on my nails. The nail tech did not put a coat of clear powder in first, so my natural nails were dyed dark blue. Then he seemed to have trouble getting the top coat to dry. He was a little rough with the filing tool, and one of my cuticles bled. And two days later, the top coat started to peel off, leaving me with dull matte nails. So I can't recommend for dipping powder. So sad because it's very clean and nice inside. read more

This nail place is the only nail salon I will go to when I am at my home in Big Pine. Very professional and they take there time with you and care about the service they are providing you. My friend and I made a appointment and when we arrived we waited only a few minutes before being taken. The staff is so friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Anyone needing there nails done or waxing should definitely try this place. You won't be disappointed. read more

What a great experience my husband and I just had. Visiting the island and treated ourselves to pedicures. Very friendly! Very professional. Very clean and great pedicures! The owner was so nice and interactive with us. Highly recommend this establishment! read more

During the session, the therapist made contact with the side of my breast more than once while stretching my arm. It did not feel controlled or professionally handled, and it made me very uncomfortable. I had to turn fully onto my side to prevent further contact, after which it finally stopped. Overall, the session lacked proper technique, body awareness, and professional boundaries. I did not feel at ease during the massage and couldn't wait for it to end. I was considering asking him to stop and leaving, and now I really wish I had. Clients should be able to trust that they are in safe, skilled hands, and that was not my experience. I hope the business takes this seriously and addresses training and client safety. If this therapist is new, he should not be working unsupervised with clients until properly trained. This review reflects my experience with one therapist only and is not a reflection of the entire business. The reception staff were professional and welcoming, which I appreciated.

For my wedding, I asked for a subtle ombré French tip and showed reference photos. Instead, I received bright white tips with uneven thickness. Some nails had longer white tips than others, with harsh lines and little to no ombré. I decided to give them another chance for my baby shower and again showed multiple photos of a nude French. The first attempt resulted in solid white dip nails, and my natural nails were filed down excessively. When I pointed this out, they redid them, but had to add length to my nails, which I wanted to avoid, and the second set looked even worse. What was most concerning was that one nail was filed so thin it reached the skin and caused a burning sensation. Even after I expressed discomfort, the area continued to be filed. Despite all of this, I was still charged $115. Both visits felt rushed, and I did not feel that my requests were followed. Based on my experiences, I would not recommend this salon.
