Both April and Lindsay have styled my friends very long hair beautifully, added the prettiest highlights and wavy beach curls. I'm very particular about nail care, and Bettye consistently exceeds expectations. Bettye is incredibly talented, professional, and detail-oriented. My nails last about a month, never chip, and my pedicures last beautifully too. The quality of her work is exceptional and far exceeds places I've gone in the Keys. The salon is always clean, welcoming, and relaxing. The staff is friendly and attentive, and I always appreciate the little touches like offering drinks and snacks while you're there. It feels less like an appointment and more like visiting people who genuinely care about their clients. One thing I especially appreciate about Bettye is how accommodating she is. She stays booked for a reason, but if an emergency comes up she always tries to fit me in, or connect me with someone she trusts. Three weeks later, no chips, no issues, still look great but getting long. I consider this the best Gel manicure I have received in years. When I am back in Key West, I will definitely return.

Every single manicure I've gotten they've just cut and scraped so far down into my cuticles, that I bleed, even when I've asked them not to do any trimming or using the cutting things. Yes I have had some nice looking outcomes of my manicures and pedicures , but I always end up with sore spots that are swollen and bleed, and sometimes get infected. So not sure that I can really recommend this place. Also, it's very expensive. And they only have two people on staff right now so you have to wait a couple of weeks to get an appointment which is kind of crazy if you're getting a fill because really should be coming in every three weeks or so.
