The aromatherapy and products used were all heavenly. The receptionist could have had better manners. I appreciate when there is gratitude for us selecting their spa and you're pampered. She made me feel like we weren't wanted at some snooty country club- especially for the prices. The women's locker rooms were nice. Old school dial lockers. They had a steam shower and 3 regular showers. There was hair all over each shower and limited hooks. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash were all great quality! They did have sanitary hygiene supplies too (razor, disposable brush, mouthwash, etc.) The relaxation room is very small. Great tea/water/snack selections. They had a sound fountain with trickling water and soft dinging bells. There were two other large groups before our visit and between services. The spa may want to reiterate proper spa etiquette. *For those who don't know- treat it like a library not your local NY gossip bar!* All the therapists were very well trained and fantastic personalities. The large party before us were raving about the services too. The spa may want to invest in the talk or quiet session signs to communicate with the therapists what type of session the client is looking for (ie/ relaxation or social hour). It was an amazing first impression. We came here for a wedding on Sunday and had an awesome 3 day weekend. The catered meals and drinks were very much enjoyed and great. We peel and eat shrimp from the bar near our pool on our open day and it was fresh and tasty. The wedding took place on a point by the water right at sunset and it was over the top beautiful. Our room was spacious and very well appointed. Our patio on the second floor was very nice and had an amazing view of the ocean. So nice and a great Key experience.

She personally redid my nails and was extremely careful and attentive. The second experience was much better, and I appreciated how seriously they took the situation and made it right. Instead of receiving subtle highlights, my entire head of hair was colored blonde. Within a few days, the color turned an unnatural bleach blonde, and my hair felt severely damaged. It lost its structure, became dry and brittle, and I've since spent the last five months and a significant amount of money at another salon in Key West trying to repair the damage. What was most concerning was the coloring process itself. The bleach/color was left on my hair for approximately 48 minutes. During that time, my scalp was burning, and I couldn't find my stylist, Louise. I asked for help, but no one in the salon seemed concerned or willing to assist. A few days later, after paying nearly $300 for the service, I returned to express my concerns. The older woman at the front desk had braces she was dismissive, and when I spoke with Louise, her response was simply that I "just needed to tone" my hair. That completely ignored the damage that had been done three days prior. This wasn't just a color that I didn't like--it was damage that has taken months and hundreds of dollars to try to correct. I left feeling unheard and unsupported after spending a substantial amount of money. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this salon, especially if you're looking for highlights or color services. I hope management takes concerns like this more seriously in the future so other clients don't have to go through the same ordeal.
