Stopped for gas, decided to go inside so parked aside. Went in grabbed a coffee and water then went to register at first cashier (male) was friendly but quickly got rude when I asked if I could cash out my scratchers. First off before going in I checked on app and my total winnings were $8. He told me I only won $4 so when he said $4 I repeated $4 he raise his voice $4. I said hmmm okay. And asked if I wanted to cash out for tickets I said lemme get all tickets I pointed to the one I wanted and said lemme get this one he visibly got upset and raised his voice which number. I said #21. He only handed me 1 even thought I said I wanted them all ( even though he messed up) he got up set with me. I said oh I wanted them all, he raised his voice again and said THATS WHY I ASKED YOU, I said I did, but if your gonna get angry no need I'll just take this and giggled and said wow. As I was moving my hand I dropped my coffee (because I got nervous) it didn't brake or make a mess but I picked it up and walked out with my son in disbelief that he was so rude I'm unsure if it's just the fact that I'm a woman or he just hates his job. This Arco takes major credit cards. If it was just that I would rate it a 5 star. This place is about a mile from my place in the opposite direction. But for the price and the sign saying they now accepted credit cards. I had to check it out. Its and Arco, so it has to be cheaper. It was. Not like the usual Arco. But lower than by the 3 gas stations next to my place. Which were .15 more than there. I did like the option of using my credit card. And also knowing that they were not charging me .10 or more per gallon. Like other gas stations do. This place has an Am/Pm. so you can get your snacks while you pump gas. This is about the third time coming to this AM/PM and of all the AM/PM's in the area this one has the highest gas prices 10 cents per gallon higher than the other two. Although this one is the newest of them all that might make a difference between them all also has pas at the pump too and easier to get in and we do pay for convenience right? Danny and all of the guys (there's a nice older lady too, but I don't see her as frequently) there are awesome! Personable, professional, kind and they are the reason this is my weekly gas/snack stop. The prices aren't bad either, but the genuine customer service is what keeps me coming back. As a hospitality professional, I can immediately smell bulls*** customer service and in turn, can quickly recognize associates that genuinely are there to serve their customers and the team at Arco consistently embodies those qualities. Only complaint(s); 1) Apple Pay sometimes fails on me. 2) And I see Danny and a couple others there EVERY single day. They are always positive and genuine, but a word to their manager, these guys need a day off for the love of God. Take care of your associates and they'll take care of your customers. read more

Ok sign says $2.459 a gallon unleaded used atm card (a .30 cent fee to use card ) to pull $40.00 in my truck I get 14.498 gallons do the math . comes out to be $2.759 a gallon. Went back in and asked the clerk WTF ? he tells me it is a fee to use the card. Then explains it is .30 a gallon fee when using the card they started to do it a while ago. The staff in the evening does not know how to run an Arco corporate card correctly. I was charged the credit card rate, even though using the Arco corporate card is the equivalent of paying with cash. It is bad business that those of us with Arco corporate cards must go inside.....it is even worse when this station OVERCHARGES by .30 cents per gallon with an Arco corp card. That is theft/fraud/false advertising. I was told I would receive a call from the manager the following day.....NEVER HAPPENED! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Buy your gas elsewhere. read more

Bummed that they started charging more per gallon if your paying with a card, was my go to gas station but will probably switch to Costco now. (Was a difference of $0.30 a gallon today, not just the usual ten cents that some stations charge). Besides that the shop inside is nice enough and the staff is friendly. read more

It's been a long long time since there was a gas station on the corner of rose and Yorba Linda so long I remember when all 4 corners had a gas station at this intersection. This Arco is clean as a whistle but some times getting in and out can be a little tricky with traffic flow and mediocre drivers who are Dee duh Dee award winners but if you can navigate them it's a great spot to fill up. read more

Used my corporate Arco card tonight sign said 2.59 a gallon used the card at the pump and after I was done I realized it charged me 2.89 a gallon. Went inside and asked the clerk and he said in order to get 2.59 I need to bring the card inside. This has never happened at any other Arco station. Waiting to hear from corporate C/S. The girls Illiana, one of the two there could not count change, could not count the sum of $20, and ring me up. All silver and she seriously was separating it into little brown bags. I really believe Illiana, not wearing a name tag of course, did not know how to count it. When I asked they other lady, she couldn't even speak English or acted like she couldn't. Really! DECEIVING PRICES!! Like a lot of gas stations now, cash gets a lower price (usually around $.10 gallon. This place, the signage stated on their big street sign $2.49 per gallon. I used my debit card believing I was going to get that price bc their was no indication that it would be different. Once I chose the 87 Unleaded, the price showed $2.75!!??!! I asked the woman who was about to pump gas as well what price was showing on her pump, and she also did not realize that by using her card that the price would be different so we both walked into the store to question the pricing. The lady working behind the counter when questioned seemed as if she has been asked that question before, told both myself and the other lady that if we noticed at the very bottom of the sign it stated cash? I eventually saw what she was referring to...it was just the word "cash" at the bottom of the sign, it gave no indication that there was a different price with how you chose to pay! To top it off the difference in price is $.24 per gallon! Seriously???? BEWARE OF THIS! I DON'T BELIEVE PEOPLE ARE AWARE THAT THIS IS HAPPENING!!!!! RIP OFF!!!!! read more
