Thank you so much for getting our day off to such a great start. Tanisha was the cashier who provided our paperwork and released our car to us. Her beautiful smile and great professionalism were the wonderful finale to an early morning task. Thanks again, Tanisha. This recent visit, I had the same rude type of service that I had at another store. This younger hispanic obese girl was having friendly conversations with a co-worker and acted basically like I wasn't there. She acted like a robot while doing my return with no smile or pleasantness . She sat on a stool and she was very ignorate and had NO MANNERS. She actually asked me which item on my receipt was I returning ( while she was holding on to my item). I am returning . She sat on her stool and wouldn't reach to get things from me LAZY & no effort to be a pleasant employee. I think they should have their best employees working in Customer Service Returns .

It is not dependable for cosmetics as they are often not stocked consistently, but at least they don't have things locked up which drives me crazy. I was able to find the mammoth bottle of Extra Strength Tylenol that my husband needed, and I waited in line with another woman but no one was attending to the register. The other woman had to go in the back to find anyone that would ring us up. I've never had a single smooth visit to this store. 3 stars given as a backup plan should I be too lazy to go elsewhere.

Within five minutes of placing the order it said my order already got picked up, but I didn't pick it up. I called and they verify that it was there. When I got there, the cashier said he didn't know nothing about my order and blamed it on the previous employee because he just came in and when I wanted a refund because I didn't feel like waiting for them to figure it out. They told me that they would have to figure out how to get me a refund. They didn't know. But seeing these reviews in the rating, I should've known. I was honestly trying to put it at the golf center 711 but the app switched it for some odd reason. This is really an avoidable place avoid it any chance you get. The atmosphere around there is very dreary and sad. It's not really inviting and then on top of that. He left the pizza on top of the the warmer the whole time. So of course I wanted a refund. Yes - 5 stars to a gas station. Well. It's like like a real gas station (to me) cause there's no…read morelike convenience store part. BUT, this gas station is like always super clean. The lights are nice and bright which is amazing. Whenever I need gas a night, bright gas stations are like the best (to feel safe ya know). The gas prices here are usually like the same, if not better than AM/PM Arco. If you're a frequent shopper at Ralph's and use your rewards card, then gas is like cheaper (scan ya card before ya pump). I don't know how much of a discount it is, haven't shopped at Ralph's in a minute, but it doesn't hurt to check it out! The person at the little kiosk thing is usually pretty friendly. Had a negative Nancy once, but that was a while ago. But it was also during like Coachella so I understood her mood. Hahaha.
