If you are stopping to get gas... There are always several pumps broken with the yellow cover on the handles. Many times you try to put your card in and it won't read it. If it does work, I would say half of the time you have to go in to get a receipt if you want it. My biggest annoyance is when I go in at 4 AM and there is no coffee made. I'd much rather go to Starbucks but it doesn't open till 430. I stop in probably four times a week for coffee, but there is only coffee made half of the time which was the case this morning again. Last year at this time, it was never a problem. I guess all of this comes with staff shortages. read more

For gas, I would recommend this place as the gas pumps were clean. To use the restroom or in the food area I would not recommend it. It was very filthy. The bathrooms look like they hadn't been cleaned in years or mopped. Supplies were empty. It was totally nasty and disgusting. I come here on a regular basis... and I said sorry even after he accused me of being pushy. I wish I could give zero stars for the experience I just had on Christmas. this man named John was extremely rude and dismissive. Upon me asking him for a specific product behind the counter in a quick manner, he replied, "don't push" me in a rude manner. He ignored me saying, I was a pushy person and to check my lottery tickets. He walked away from me and continue to help other customers while I stood there, he just told my wife to step out of the way while he assisted another guest. I also was trying to turn in cash a lottery ticket, and he told me he doesn't do that but I can go wait at the machine and do it myself. To which, I say no problem and I do it. He then is continuing to be rude and confrontational because I left my tickets at the machine for him to double check and scan next to his register. He said, "what do you expect t me to do with those, bring them to me." While the tickets were within arms reach of the register. I walked around the counter to give them to him because he didn't want to reach over to grab the tickets. He wasted our time then refused service, so I'm this cause we will speak to the manager tomorrow I said I just wanted three pods and here's a winning ticket. This only applies to the cat wash. Paid for the $8 wash which is the second level of 4. First off, the free vacuums are nice. Unfortunately I can't give them any better than 2 stars because I have to completely re-wash my pickup. There are major dirt streaks down either side of my truck where the brushes completely missed and somehow the tailgate was only touched on about 1 foot of the right side, the rest is completely unwashed. No point paying for a wash if I have to go somewhere else to wash it immediately after. read more

This place is always open, and quick service at the pump! They have a low priced car wash that does the trick when open. Also has vacuums too! For some reason this place has the lowest price in the valley! Great location, just off the freeway! 30 days ago I bought a one month car wash deal for 29.99. Today I was charge 39.99 and was first charge wrong and 2nd I only paid for one month. I went to the store and asked for a refund and they told me that I have a membership and they will not refund me. I was talking to a lady and she told me she was not a manager. I was able to talked to Robert that oversee the car wash and he advised me that she was the store manager. I am fighting for my refund and they asked me to leave the store. PLEASE DO NOT GET THE MONTHLY CAR WASH U MIGHT BE OBER CHARGED. Update. Robert just called me and see there was a mistake on there end and has issued me a full refund. The store is still getting a one star rating for kicking me out of the store and not helping in this matter. Newest update. This has to be one of the worst ampm's I have ever been to. They are constantly looking for employees and it's obvious why. You can go in there sometimes at 2 AM or 3 AM I don't think that they are going to help you usually they just lock the doors and put a close sign in for an hour or so today I go in there at 3 AM and they have paper closed signs by all of the registers. The car wash staff here half ass the work. Neglect to presoak the whole passenger side literally every time. I've been coming here for the last year and nothing changes. The spin cloths miss the whole rear of my suv leaving it spotted every time. The passenger side triple foam wax is always clogged again missing the whole passenger side. For a $12 wash, it is crap! I would give it more stars; but for some reason the their pumps have problems. Last week it wouldn't work for anyone and kept declining ALL of my cards (I tried 3). Was finally told by a neighbor who was already fueling that you need to go inside to pay. I went in to pay and inquired about the pumps (this isn't the first time) and they just said, "I don't know. I just work here." I ended up paying with one of my cards that was declined at the pump...later to find an extra $100.50 charged to the same account. Had to close the card and order a new one. Beware of pump scams. On another note, the station is clean and convenient; but the weird pumps have me spooked about credit card theft. read more

I went to wash my car here today. I paid for the most expensive wash and as I went through noticed that nothing came down to clean the back window. Also my car never stopped moving during the drying part so my car was still really wet as I exited. When I came out there was still soap running down the back of my car, and the back window was still filthy. I walked over and asked the guy to come look. He did and told me that maybe he'd given me the wrong wash. (Sorry, for $6 you don't get all 4 sides cleaned and rinsed, but for $12 you do?) I rewashed my car but the back still had the soap running down the back as well as the window was still dirty. And I dried the car myself. Not sure what happened because I've used this car wash a lot over the last year. Maybe they sped the process up to accommodate more cars? I don't know but I won't go back. For $12 plus tip, I don't feel like I should have to clean and dry my car by hand. read more

I just avoid it during peak hours since it can get pretty packed. but they have lots of pumps and a drive thru car wash. their car wash closes at 9pm, the cheapest car wash is like 5-6 bucks i think. Absolute WORST gas station that has ever existed! This place should be closed down, but unfortunately gets a lot of business being right by the freeway. I go here....I went here almost every other day to fill up because I work out of town. Guaranteed 9 out of 10 times my pump is not functioning correctly, but no cover was placed by any employee to advise the customer. So, the customer (me) then pays, attempts to pump, pump doesn't work, customer (me) has to go back inside to explain the issue and ultimately move to another pump. I was in the store another time and they were telling customers there was no gas AT THE REGISTER! Get off your butts, go outside and tell customers before they go inside! This is one of the worst Arcos I have ever been to! Half of the pumps don't work and many times you have to go inside to use your card payment. When they do work it takes almost 5 minutes for the transaction to go through at the pump. This is on top of paying a $0.35 convenience fee for using your ATM. read more

Well first I will speak about the good service at the counter, reasonably priced car wash including free use of vacuums, and the convenient location. The price is usually the lowest around, but you have to factor in the $.35 fee for using your debit card, "debit cards only" on pumps and apparently no bank credit cards accepted. So the low price thing is not exactly what you see on the sign out front, because there are other gas stations in the area charging the same price with no $.35 debit card fee. Got an Arco card once to direct debit my bank account, but was unable to activate and use it due to website glitches. In my travels I have discovered that all Arco stations in California (at least) recently replaced all their pump bank card machines. I have also discovered and confirmed with multiple cashiers at AM/PM stores that these new machines are painfully slow, and customers are continuously complaining of this, to no avail. This amounts to a 3-5 minute wait for card processing and approval, as opposed to 30 seconds or less previously. This, added to fact that they are frequently broken, and won't print receipts is the reason for only 2 stars. Will also complain to owner. read more

Awesome Car Wash....they guy working the front blasted all the bugs and dirt off my bumper. The soap is not little drops like the wash down the street, it is thick and soapy. Cleaned good as well. A man was there not from the AMPM, I think he deals with the chemical or repairs but he explained what the soap does and why it was very helpful and friendly. read more
