I got the value for my money, had a great experience with the staff. At sound doctor, their service is above and beyond any expectation I would have thought of. Because of the staff at sound doctor, my next project is my Chrysler 200. Audio Concepts was the second shop I contacted about replacing my older 2 channel dashcam with a…read morenew one. It should have been my first shop. The work was done cleanly, they were able to not only remove the entirety of the previous installation components but also properly reinstal some of the trim the previous installer left loose and sticking out. After a quick call to confirm the placement of the dashcam so it doesn't interfere with the rearview mirror, they went to work and got everything done on time and for a great price. Just for record, the dashcam taken out was Thinkware 770 and the one installed was A229 Plus. Now I once again have a peace of mind, thanks to Audio Concepts!

When I responded that I have already installed an Apple CarPlay to one of my cars, he changed his tune. I just wanted to compare what they have vs what I installed and clearly my unit was better and an easy diy. This shop wanted over $800 for something I did myself in a couple of hours. Wake up people! You can add Apple CarPlay yourself and stop going to these out dated stereo shops. These shops will eventually die out like frys and RadioShack.

I had planned on being a returning customer and have custom wrap done on my car, interior lighting, and a few other things. I had even started referring different friends to the business who also wanted to have work done on their cars. Sadly it didn't turn out this way, as I randomly got a text message on February 27, 2023 from his wife suddenly banning me from returning since apparently they had marital problems and decided to involve me in their personal lives. I was absolutely blindsided and quite frankly disappointed at how Alonso and the "co-owner" went about their issues. I wanted to let this go however since his team replaced my car's dash screen, CarPlay system, tinted my windows, the sound system has been absolute trash for taking calls. Callers say they either can't hear me or hear an intolerable echo that makes it hard to listen to what I'm saying. I have not been able to have clear calls ever since the work they did. So l was left with an unusable phone audio system in my Mercedes that required an added expense since I clearly am "not welcome" to fix the crap they did to my car in the first place.
