1/2/26 Tuesday around 11am I went in to purchase a semiautomatic pistol and knew exactly what I wanted. Fortunately there was maybe one other customer there. Isaiah greeted me & asked how he could help. I told him I wanted to purchase a p238 so he helped me navigate the process. He asked me IF I was open to suggestions / feedback and I told him I welcomed it and was looking to be educated. We ran into a bit of an issue with the Firearms Safety Certificate (FSC) that I had previously got at Turners (Signal Hill). Turners hadn't entered the info properly so the card wasn't working. The manager (Phil?) stepped in to help and was incredibly accommodating so that we could properly move forward with the purchase, same visit/day. 30 minutes (slow-I'm a slow test/taker) later, with my fresh (FSC) in hand, we were able to move forward with the process. After the purchase was made I asked him to show me some items he might recommend to accompany the gun. I look forward to returning for pick-up later this week. Parking was easy and abundant. The store was extremely spacious and clean. All three workers there, including Sean, were busy helping folks and taking care of business. I received stellar customer service. read more

BUYER BEWARE. They will take your money, not fulfill your order, and never communicate any updates to you. Very shady business and I would not recommend buying here. Called the store for questions, placed an order for pickup, received a confirmation email for my potential in-store pickup. I waited 8 business days (as per the website's instructions) and I did not hear anything when I could return to pick up my purchase. I emailed customer service about the status of my pickup. My order was immediately cancelled right after my email was sent. They did not send a confirmation email saying it was cancelled, I only found out because the status changed to 'cancelled' on the website. I tried emailing back to inquire but haven't gotten a response back. Overall very shady business. They like to keep their customers in the dark and will charge you but not fulfill your order. read more

I first walked in and was greeted immediately by Phil. He was super helpful and was able to find exactly what I needed. There was a good amount of variety and very organized. The prices varied and there is enough to find your exact budget. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable and are more than happy to help. I bought the wrong mag and fortunately I was able to exchange it. Beware when opening products in case it is not what you need, luckily one of the managers was able to help me out. Got some bulk ammo and I was out in and out in less than 20 minutes...which I thought was good given the longish lines on opening weekend. The second time, I picked up a Vaultek case. Phil and Owen helped me sort out the pricing between the regular and the biometric versions. I waited first in line arriving 30 minutes before opening on Black Friday to purchase a pistol that the Ammo Bros website said they had in stock here at Westminster and the Cerritos location. I inquired and they said the website was incorrect and they didn't have it in stock. I then asked if they could check with Cerritos and I'd drive over there. They said I have to call myself.
