Most staff do not speak English and cannot understand your instructions. When you specify and request certain things to be done (in advance) they are not done. When you complain about things not being cleaned or even wiped down- they try to blame it on you and do not accept any liability for their shocking services. Customer services are appalling. They have been used for a while and they have managed to not turn up twice as they got "lost". AVOID THIS SUBSTANDARD CLEANING TEAM- unless you want things done badly and your property broken

It was two ladies from Ukraine who didn't speak a lot of English but they understood my requests and did a great job. They did well with what they did so I am thinking of booking them again.

What I like is that they've always been very reliable and flexible with us (we have a lot of schedule changes). I like my dashboard on their website - I use it frequently to move my appointments around. This means no bleach should be used as that's TOXIC to cats. Today, the substitute through GetClean - her name is Natalia - decided to skip reading my preferences and used bleach to clean my bathroom. Thankfully, I take my cats to a neighbors house while cleaning is happening so I was able to catch this when we returned before the cats got in the bathroom. I am now cleaning my bathroom AGAIN and airing out the house. In addition to having cats, I have breathing issues - hence the reason I ALWAYS have requested GREEN CLEANING. Will not be rebooking. It's totally unacceptable to ignore these preferences and put people and animals at risk. Find another company to book through.

I told them the frequency (every two weeks) and the hours (anytime in the afternoon) and also mentioned they needed to have more than one person come to clean. They had many times when they changed the time of day to the mornings. I let this happen one time but after that I had to turn them away. My house is 3,600 sq feet. There were three times they sent only one person to clean my home and although the cleaner each time did their best, each time they were unable to finish the job after 3.5 hours and had to leave. I still had to pay the same amount. The last time they were at my house they had a single cleaner and she broke my electric blanket which was more than the price I would pay to have the house cleaned. I called several times to speak to a manager or someone who could help me settle the issue but no one has called me back after 10 days. I will no longer work with them. I think they recently changed management, they used to be better than this.
