He did demo on an old shed, wood storage lean-to, and an area where some fencing construction trash resulted in a neglected thistle garden last summer. I am writing this after using Top Cat Hauling and Junk Removal for the second time in preparation…read moreof putting my house up or sale. Having lived in the house for a long time, I needed two visits to clear out several large items, including heavy furniture, an old refrigerator, and a window air conditioner unit as well as other items stored in the garage, attic and basement. Danny and his team handled everything perfectly. The team was professional, efficient and very careful not to damage the house while moving the bulky items out. I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price, especially considering the extra labor required for the large items, like the refrigerator. The service was excellent from start to finish. If you're looking for a reliable, honest hauling service in the area, I highly recommend Danny and his crew. As I said, I used them once and called them again.

They were beyond rude. Then they cancelled sixty minutes before the appointment…read more On a Monday, I called and set appointment for 9 am Tuesday. Walked thru instructions on how to get to loading dock of highrise and check in. Guy says great, you are set. All good so far. Early morning Tuesday they call when I'm in shower and leave message saying will be there in 90 minutes (which would be 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time). Also said unless I call back, they aren't coming at all. So I call back. Guy starts off by yelling. Says he called me but I didn't answer. I remind him appt was already set and confirmed. Then he goes off and says how does he know if I'll really be there and that now he will start sending guys to come in about 90 minutes. I say I'd like you to please honor the appointment time. He says ok will send guys. He then says will call me from outside. I remind him we had already walked through need to check in at dock. He then blows up more and says I don't need this, go hire someone else and hangs up. Wow, what great service. Do yourself a favor and avoid losing 24 hours thinking they will honor a confirmed appointment. Just start off by going with someone else.
