In speaking with him, he has told me, on several occasions, that they want to be the local neighborhood pharmacy. Their business model embraces the old practices of being concerned about the customer's well-being, accommodating the customer's needs, even when it requires some extra effort, delivering to the customer's home, filling prescriptions for pets, etc. You are even offered coffee or water when you arrive! I was there for a vaccination, but I will definitely be transferring my prescriptions over. I will return to get the remaining vaccinations that I have been avoiding. The personal touch is such a stark contrast to the assembly line approach that I have encountered when using the big chain pharmacies. True-Care is also able to meet their competitors' prices.
