Either way, we needed help. Ryan H came out and provided his expert guidance and recommendation. He praised the condition and merits of our existing door, but recognized if we wanted an upgrade we could totally go for that. He assured me the bracket fix would be simple enough and very reasonably priced (which it was!). In talking to the company before Ryan came out, they also indicated that - should we decide to replace the door entirely, they'd credit the amount paid here toward a new door - which was awesome to know. That said, Ryan worked his magic and the door looked and worked great. While he added the new bracket, he was sure to respect the current door and did not have to make any new holes to the door/keeping everything in tact. Couldn't be happier with his professionalism, practical approach, and effectiveness. Throughout the whole time, he was not only patient and informative in explaining reasoning and justification for all of the things, but he was also friendly, approachable, and genuinely displayed a passion and care for his work.
