Once again, Andy came out and saved us as our garage cables snapped and wouldn't operate. If the initial work involves actually installing the garage, then Andy is very responsive. I've used Andy initially to install my new garage door opener. Very responsive. I also used him to install a new garage door opener for my dad. Again very responsive. But about a month or two afterwards, the garage door got stuck and then collapsed. I tried to call Andy over the weekend, left voice message and texted. No response. Monday and Tuesday pass by, tried calling. Again no response. Finally went with another service I agree with other customers, Andy is very nice. But when it comes time to actually addressing other issues besides actually installing a new garage door or opener, Andy is very hard to get a hold of. That's why I gave only three stars. read more
