    Spicy Salmon Crispy Rice
    Emily Y.

Good quality food, wide variety and selection of items to choose from. However, the portions were a bit small for the price. Everything I wanted to change (ex. Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice to Spicy Salmon Crispy Rice) was extra charge, though the waiter did not give notice. Other than that, they also had a wide variety of sushi to choose from. I came here during lunch time, so it was not too busy, though there was only one waiter serving everyone. I will say the Tuna Tataki was extremely small for the price (I believe it is ~$15). I would've rather just ordered a few pieces of Tuna Sashimi at that point, but was nice to try. Other than that, the sushi was great. They were very generous with their tobiko on some of their rolls, and was very filling. However, one of the rolls was a bit big, and not made the best, as it was falling apart as I was eating it..LOL! For the parking lot, you have to head to the back of the building (by the train station) for parking. It is pretty small, so if you're coming on a busier night, you may need to look for additional parking. There is no street parking by the front of the restaurant. It was raining the day I went, but it also seems like they have a nice patio for dine in.

    Sashimi Deluxe

Holy mackerel! I ordered takeout and just tried a few things, but they had me hooked! The Sashimi Deluxe delivered 5 kinds of super fresh fish along with a tasty miso soup. The Ben Ben Roll brought a bright, refreshing mix of tuna, yellowtail, white tuna, salmon, and mango. But the Matrix Roll stole the show with bold flavors of spicy tuna, white tuna, salmon, avocado, kani, masago, and seaweed. Sushi this good at home? Yes. This spot is fin-omenal! ;)

Beautiful space and very friendly staff. We enjoyed our entrees and felt the portions were just right. They have a small bar with enough of a good selection for cocktails. Definitely a place I'd go back to.

The upstairs bar and lounge is steps away from the train station for excellent sushi & various bites and beer. The staff is great in making you feel at home.

Sushi was good. New drink menu is promising, but miss the fun, tiki bar vibe. New owners trying some different things.

From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Our server was attentive and professional, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and quietly classy--ideal for a relaxed lunch and conversation. I started with the Candy Roaster Squash & Coconut Soup, a vegan dish with a warm, sweet, and hearty flavor profile. It was absolutely perfect on a cold winter day. For my entrée, I ordered the Brewer's Burger with pepper jack cheese, caramelized onions, pickles, lettuce, tomato, rosemary aioli, and a side of frites. The flavors came together beautifully--salty, sweet, and savory notes all working in harmony. Truly a dance in your mouth. One additional detail worth noting: the gender-neutral accessible restroom was spotless and had a very pleasant odor. It was top-notch, just like everything else about this restaurant. I would absolutely return.

The Nashville Hot Fried Chicken Quesadilla had solid heat, melted pepper jack, pickles for snap, and a ranch drizzle that kept it balanced. The food was strong across the board, and their lineup of in-house brews added a unique twist. We enjoyed the visit and will absolutely come back to explore more of the menu.

We tried the Boom Boom Shrimp, which were crispy and packed with flavor; the sauce was amazing. The Pan Fried Potstickers were also delicious, savory pork dumplings with a perfectly balanced dipping sauce (though I wish there had been more!). Lastly, the fried calamari was fresh and crispy, complemented perfectly by the sweet chili sauce. For our main dishes, we ordered the blackened chicken salad, which was just okay--not my favorite. The prime burger, however, was juicy and flavorful. The shrimp and sirloin dish was decent, but the shrimp were a bit small and overcooked. This place is great for enjoying a few appetizers.

Harlee's has an amazing cocktail menu, and plenty of beer on tap which is great while you're watching a game at the bar. Their signature appetizers are a must have. The roasted brussel sprouts are caramelized and crispy and loaded with bacon. I loved their crispy chicken wings with sweet chili sauce, which hit the perfect sweet heat combo. The French onion soup was perfection, probably my favorite of the night, with rich savory broth that truly warmed up my cold January night. The ahi tuna bites were fresh, light, and zesty. And not something you see often at a gastropub! When I saw disco fries on the menu, you know this Jersey girl had to get some and let me tell you, they were everything I hoped for and more. We got the pioneer burger and the big bleu burger. They were charred beautifully yet still so juicy and tender. The onion rings they came with were delicious and crispy! The waffles with ice cream ended dinner on a sweet note, with ice cream from Zita's topped perfectly on the fluffy golden waffles. This place has great food, great energy, the kindest staff, and the cutest pictures of dogs on the wall to top it all off. If you're visiting new Providence, Harlee's is a must stop!!

My old phone was taking blurry pics from far away so I wasn't able to capture it, but think very cozy, fireplace with candles glowing from within, and little alcoves in the wall for candle clusters. It was perfectly elevated while still being casual and approachable. When we came there was a Mac and cheese special with pulled bbq pork on top. I knew we had to get that because it is right up my husbands alley. It did not disappoint, my husband was tempted to order some to take home! The pasta was super creamy and cheesy, mixed with the roasted pulled smoky bbq pork on top, it was the ultimate comfort food for the cold rainy day we were having. For my meal I got the Grilled Cheese which is more of an elevated "grown up" grilled cheese. It had cheese, thin apple slices, fig jam and bacon. The flavors were great, I only wish there was a little more cheese or a little less jam to balance the sweet and savory a little more, because for me it was a touch too sweet. The sourdough it was made with was delicious and fresh, I also appreciate that they don't seem to soak their grilled cheese in oil like a lot of places do (butter or nothing, please!!) My husband ordered the burger which he really enjoyed but nothing was going to top the pulled pork Mac and cheese for him. They should consider adding it to the regular menu! He originally wanted the duck sandwich but it was unavailable on this day. All in all it was a cozy afternoon together. Our waitress was very friendly and made sure to check on us without ever being too overbearing.
