The salesman my husband spoke to (who was on speaker so I heard the whole convo) said yes the vehicle was indeed available and he could fit us in, in the afternoon to come by for a test drive. After speaking with him on the phone, we got packed up and left the house. Drove 2hrs there with our 4 MONTH OLD BABY to deal with some complete idiot who lied thru his teeth the entire time and couldn't get his story straight. First the vehicle we came to look at was "unavailable", then it was at another lot, then actually it might be in the shop getting work done on it, even though we were told it was on the lot ready to test drive. Needless to say, my husband was pissed and was ready to leave immediately. SCAM SCAM SCAM I saw their add for a 2016 Range Rover Sport in October 2019. Drove from NY to test drive late on a Saturday before closing. They are closed Sundays. I really liked the car and probably had new car fever. They up the price by 7 grand. 33,000 went to 40,000 walking out the door along with $400 gap insurance. Tried to trade my O6 Range Rover in but they wouldn't take it.....which turned out to be a life saver. HERE'S WHERE IT GETS GOOD....WITH PICTURES. I signed the paperwork and drove off the lot to a nearby hotel after they closed. On my way to the hotel, not 1, not 2 but 3 to 4 lights started lighting up on the dash. I took pictures that same night as I was up til 1am. I texted them to Corey and stopped hearing from him. Took the vehicle back to NY since they were closed Sunday. I made an unannounced visit Monday and demanded to return the vehicle. They tried to hem me up by saying "you signed the contract and you're locked in legally." This felt like I was stuck with a 5 year prison sentence. I explained about the problems with the engine light, the diesel exhaust malfunction and the other flashing warning lights. These asses said, " aw that's no big deal" happens to my car all the time" (Corey and the GM). Told them I don't care and it's not my standard. They refused to allow the return and claimed they could fix it. THIS WILL SAVE YOU IF YOU CATCH THESE PROBLEMS IN TIME: I called the bank who approved the financing. Told them about the mechanical problems and explained that I did not want them to fund the vehicle. They stopped the payment immediately. Luckily, the payment hadn't cleared or I'd have been stuck. AMG thought they had their claws stuck in me. I got off the phone with the bank, told both the GM and Corey that the bank would declined funding the loan. They laughed it off not believing me and probably never had it happen before. I gave them the keys and walked off. LUCKILY, my car, which they would not accept for trade in, was still on site and I had the keys. After I gave them their keys I asked about getting a refund of 400 for the gap insurance which they said absolutely not. I walked away, got in my car and left. Had they taken the trade and kept my car, I would have been stuck. They blew up my phone for weeks finding out the deal was actually void. I disputed the 400 for the gap insurance with my bank and had it returned. THEY GOT NOTHING! Overall, get the vehicle checked independently. Had lights not started flashing I would have been another victim. Stop the payment through the bank if you can. This will save you from being locked into a lemon for 5 years or more while they chalk up another sucker. DO NOT BUY FROM AMG! GO TO A BRAND NAME DEALER FOR USED VEHICLES. This is my second public review ever and my advice to anyone looking to buy a car from this place is don't even bother. It will just end in frustration. We made an offer on a car from their website and we had to write them 4 emails and place 4 calls to get any movement on it. Zero customer service or sense of urgency. Four days later, we still have yet to receive a call from anyone in their sales team. When we called and spoke with a member of their team, they always offered to call us back within 30-60 minutes with answers and that never happened. There are plenty of other dealerships to shop at. 80% of the cars they advertise on car shopping sites are not on their lot. Complete bait and switch. I checked 3 times to verify the 1-2 cars we wanted and were ready to buy were on the lot. They had other similar coats advertised but were weren't interested in. So of the 12 cars they advertised, they only had 2. Of course the 2 most expense one. Last verified on Friday night after 6 pm that both cars were there. I was told yes both are here. Showed up Sat at 10 am. Neither car there. Reception was rude in my opinion but possibly just the NJ attitude I wasn't in the mood for after driving 90 minutes to look at 2 cars they told me were there but weren't. In hindsight, I should have believed all of the reviews prior. Would have saved me 3 hours. Don't waste your time. Move on. Working with this dealership was a waste of two days of my life and energy. I am from Missouri and found a Volvo they had online at what seemed to be a great deal. Two things happened. 1. Found out there was the following fees to be charged: $1,995 Dealer Prep Fee $495 dealer paperwork fee $1000 Fee if not financing at their dealership!! Thats a cool $3,500 over any ADVERTISED Price (astounded) 2. After calling a local Volvo dealer I became aware that the vehicle was a BASE model, not what was ADVERTISED. I was in communication with there representative that called about scheduling a test drive for the 2 vehicles I found from CarGuru. When I called the representative back, they state 1 or the 2 was sold. I made my appointment and was linked with Eddy. He was awesome; gave me a deal I couldn't refuse and a better vehicle then what I came there for originally. The manager, Michael, even gave me awesome service as well as the whole team. This business is a SCAM! They are selling "lemons" to unbeknownst customers! The cars come with clean car faxes but they are getting these cars that have been in bad accidents and fixing them half ass and then selling them to the consumers! Their entire business is a scam! I purchased a 2017 Infiniti Q60 on November 25, 2018 and it came with a clean car fax. Less than a year later I'm hearing all sorts of weird sounds. Well I bring it to a REAL dealership, an Infiniti dealership to get diagnosed I am told this car was in a rear end collision and had repairs done poorly on it. The entire undercarriage if the car is being pushed forward from the collision and is causing all sorts of issues. Infiniti cannot warranty any work because the damages are due to a rear end collision. So now the car is sitting at the dealership and I cannot afford the repairs and I WILL NOT TRUST ANYONE else except for Infiniti to complete repairs. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and have contacted a lawyer to get this issue resolved. This business needs to be shut down immediately. After all the complaints on yelp as well as with the BBB and they're still in business???? How is this even possible?? Where is the protection for consumers??? I will be contacting ANY public awareness groups that are on the consumers side until this business is shut down. If I have to contact Shame On You! Or seven on your side I will pursue those avenues as well. This is unfair to all consumers and they must be stopped! They don't even deserve one star read more

zero stars the salesman was great. finance was not. they wouldn't negotiate anything other than show me some insane numbers and interest rates for my 700 plus credit rating...I spoke tp my Porsche dealer friend and he said is houldbein the 7s. mag had me at 14 plus. and three added fluff fees of about 800 and 900 and an insane 3800 dealer prep fee. Ilooked at the car before driving it and found weird issues such as miscellaneous wiring leading to the headlights...ok LED conversion front bumper damage not shown in the pictures but was clear as day in the showroom...car had some modifications which I was ok with. it had a rear bumper hit. not even buffed out. car was dusty and dirty. where is the prep...they said tire replacement. none of which were new and mismatched brands. no oil change. it smelled like gas and not oil. too many negatives... do you research AND KNOW your numbers and know what fluff fees they may throw in there. car was good finance was not. the numbers were way off and there was no chance negotiating. odd was the sales man did the sale but no talk of numbers. that was in finance. never did that before. read more

I brought a 2016 Range Rover August 2020, and the next few days i took it to a Land Rover dealership near my home and ask them to preform a multi-point inspection, because i was curious to see WHAT WAS SOLD TO ME. The inspection found : FRONT SWAY BAR BUSSHINGS NEEDS TO BE REPLACE, ENGINE OIL LEAK COMING FROM THE TIMING COVERS, WASHER RESERVOIR IS CRACK, LEAKING, an estimate of $5000.00 dollars, I WAS DEVATATED. I didn't want to believe this because i thought Land Rover was trying to make money off me. I did absolutely return to AMG and spoke to salesman who sold me the truck, who's name i will not mention, because this review is against AMG as a whole. The salesman offered nothing in the way of " HOW CAN WE FIX THIS " so at the time i just thought there was nothing i could do. Fast forward, at this time we are deep into COVID, i lost my Mother into 2020, 2021, i have a 2nd car and was getting around in that but in the back of my mind i was thinking, you need to really find out what is going on with the truck, got a 2nd opinion, same problems, so now thinking, let me try a different dealership, another Land Rover dealership cites the same problems. So this is where this issue stands, WARNING TO ALL POTENTIAL CAR SHOPPERS, question the re-conditioning that is added to the purchase of the vehicle, this is a BOGUS fee, because they cannot even give any detail information on what was re-condition, if my truck was re-conditioned these problems would not exist. NOW THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT LESSON OF ALL, if you decide to disregard this review and purchase a vehicle from AMG the one thing i would highly recommend, by all means, is to take the purchase to the maker of the vehicle, such as " Land Rover, BMW, or Mercedes, etc, and have them perform a multi-point all inspection on the vehicle, this way you will have a record of condition and proof for argument. The worst customer service, the highest prices for any service or maintenance of the car, and no professional administrative support... They shuffle customers around, like a little family business with no professional staff. If you call and need help or have a question, they either don't know, are waiting on someone or something, or will have to "get back to you" in several days, if they ever do. One time i called them to get a quote on a regular maintenance (they didn't know i had already called the manufacturer and some other spots), most places estimated $500 or so, the manufacturer told me $700... Kudos to my salesman Kasim, who helped make my car buying experience so much better than I expected! I definitely wasn't pushed into my purchase, and actually, he was MORE than accommodating and patient with me. I did have to call to follow up a few times on plates and promised items, but each time I received a call back from Kasim, who was always very pleasant and professional, and he helped to get everything worked out. Saw an E63S AMG on their website for what looked to be a great deal but they only posted 1 fuzzy pic of the exterior and then a bunch of nice pics on the interior. I live far in another state, so I called and asked if I can get some more photos or FaceTime them. They said yes sure someone will do that for me. Waited and no one ever called or sent me any pictures. Called again said they would send me a video. Never got that video. I finally paid someone that I knew in that state to go over there and check out the car when he got there. He showed me the car had damage all over. The doors needed to be replaced. The bumpers were hit. The tail light was broken. Some of the features weren't even working like the trunk. It had at least 10k in damage. The whole experience sucked wish I read the reviews first before even trying. You would think they would at least try to recondition the car a little to make it presentable. LAWSUIT!!!! WE ARE SUING THESE THIEVES!!! Please, for the love of all that is holy, stay away from these con artists!!! Our vehicle broke down on the way home from the dealership. Needed a complete engine AND transmission rebuild, after that it turns out the electrical system is shot and it leaks everytime it rains to the point the carpets are soaked. NOTHING was covered under the $1,200 "bumper to bumper" platinum level extended warranty we purchased. They refused to take the vehicle back, and told us to get a rental while it was being repaired and they would reimburse us. They sent us a partial payment for reimbursement and refused to send any more. Now they are claiming that the partial reimbursement for the rental was a "settlement" for selling us a lemon.
