Took care of there tire and an oil change I really needed. What I really loved was how it was clear it was that Tony (who was working the front desk) understood his customers needs. He (and the rest of the staff) seemed to offer extra services that he felt the customer needed to be safe and really worked with customers to find the right tires/services to get them safely on the road. SCAM ALERT. These people are thieves. I brought my truck in for two new tires on the front. Whether this was a mixup, or the technician stole the tires I had on there, which were quite expensive at 300 a tire, the manager refused to own the mistake. Instead, he used shoddy "evidence" to call me a liar. He said he couldn't think of anything else to say that "would convince me that I'm mistaken' about what tires I had on my car previously and accused me of trying to "poke holes" in what he had to say. I finally found Steves Tire Service thru Yelp and decided to call them. The rep told me to come back at 4pm which i did (3 hrs later) . They took my car in exactly as they promised and the worker checked my tire thoroughly , fixed my leak (from an older plug), check the pressure in my other tires (without asking) and put air in as needed. The worker was very helpful and amiable. I was charged 25$ and i left him a 5$ tip. Will return to do business with them again.

Took my car in for an oil change and when I picked it up, they said I needed new tires. Quote was for 600.00, it is a Chevy Cruze, really? Went to goodyear and got the same four tires for 360.00. My son had his car there and they replaced the headlight and did an oil change. The claimed his oil pan was so rusted it needed to be replaced and if they didn't replace it, all the oil would leak it. It's been two weeks and the oil is fine. The headlight is turning yellow and is foggy. He went back today and they refused to correct their mistake. Never again, this place went down hill! They agreed to refund us for the light but took no responsibility for their services. I like the mechanic here and I wish him the best but they need to own up to their mistake. Although I would like to give them another chance, we will not be going back here.
