Nick was fantastic…read more I showed interest in one of his used cars that he was selling and he immediately responded. He even ran around the day prior to me meeting him to make sure the cars title was up to date. I had to drive about an hour away to get to him, but it was absolutely worth it. Nick left the car on the lift specifically so I could take a look under the car and he gladly popped the hood. He was very courteous and understanding. He disclosed anything and everything - I didn't have to question his honesty at all. He is very upfront. He allowed for me to take a test drive around the area and during the test drive he explained all of the details of the car - he also disclosed all of the improvements he had done to the car in the last month to get it ready to be sold. He provided a list as well and documentation as proof. I accepted the offer and Nick was patient enough to wait for me to go and grab a check from the bank. When I came back we had a brief talk about how to transfer the car, get a new registration and plates. This was the smoothest experience I have ever had when it comes to buying a car. Nick makes it simple, and easy. He did this all on his day off - I am so thankful to him. Nick just got a customer. Anytime I have an issue with my car, I will be going to Nick.

I brought my car in the next day, it was confirmed that new rotors and brakes were needed and they were able to get to my car very quickly. I definitely prefer service that is straightforward, quick, friendly and honest versus all the nonsense you often get when you take your car to the dealership. Claudio's is highly recommended.

Another shop did the job, and used mediocre pads, with re-surfaced rotors. There was horrible noise, and the shop tried to tell me it was due to the rotors. He even took the time to call Honda, to get the radio code to get my radio working again, after replacing the battery! He rotated the tires, balanced them, and even unclogged the right window washer sprayer. Top notch mechanic! - Dave P.

I initially misjudged him as possibly being dishonest, but, in fact, I realized that I was quite wrong in that assessment. He is a stand-up person, the whole process was fairly quick, both getting dispatched and returning the vehicle. Just remember to fill out the form completely, after your trip, to make your life easier. I would even use this business for any tire or auto work that I may need in the future, because I believe that this business would be fair, honest and highly competent about any auto repairs (as other reviewers have repeatedly noted). I normally use my Honda dealership for my oil changes and maintenance, but for major auto repairs, dealerships are very expensive, and not always available. I recently used PEP Boys of Bridgewater for a simple headlight change and they blew out the dashboard lights on my car, making it a very costly experience. In the future, I will likely use B&T instead of PEP Boys for basic repairs, rather than any chain automobile business. It's difficult to find honest auto repair businesses, as several reviewers note, so B & T Tire & Auto may be a real find.
