The owner sells himself to be an amazing auto shop and the vehicle will be ready over the weekend, I have over a month and a half waiting for parts. He simply wanted to cash the Progressive check. It's been ridiculous. I had to rent a car for a week for work as he said my vehicle would be ready during the week. Went to check on the car it was never worked on as the pieces didn't arrive. I paid 1K out of pocket for nothing. It's been 3.5 weeks and haven't heard of the pieces arrived, ETA, nothing but he sure is enjoying that money. Do not come here at all! Looked like my transmission might fall on the ground and made scary noises when I hit any divitts in the road. Yelped garages nearby and called about a half dozen places that didn't seem to want to be bothered/ weren't able or willing to help. Then I called Belle Mead Garage. They told me to bring it over. They put it on the lift immediately after having a look and half an hour later, had me happily back on the road. They were able to bolt it up but did recommend I follow up with my mechanic and have it welded. I was just looking for a band-aid repair to get me back to the city. I was quite pleased with the assessed cost of $65. Thank you, Kip and Mark! If I lived in the area, these would be my guys. I think they care. Great customer service.
