We were told that we had a leak around the fuel gauge and it would need to be repaired, and red tagged us for this issue. The repair guy told us to reach out when we were at about 5%, I double checked this through the website chat and was told that was correct. So when we reached out for the for the appointment I received a text the very next day for an appointment for the following week, great! But when they came to do the repair, we were told they couldn't do it because it was not at 0. So we were told incorrectly on multiple occasions. So we ran our tank to 0 and messaged for an appointment. We have been without propane for 2 weeks and have been told that it may be another week before they reach out to even make an appointment. And the appointment is only for a repair, they can't make an appointment to fill the tank because it's been red tagged. So once we have the repairs completed, it might be even a few more weeks before we can get a fill! Thank goodness it's summer and we don't need the heater. But we have been without a stove/oven, and a dryer for 2 weeks already. Is this normal? So frustrating!

When we called the woman who answers was quite rude, she said that because he was only spending 300.00 which is how much he requested, he wasn't a priority and it would be 10-14 days before the driver would be available. I asked if that could move up since he's elderly and the cold wasn't good for him. She said she would tell the driver if he happens go by our house mabey he would do ours sooner, well it's now been 17 days since we first called and still no propane. We lease the tank from Amarant and have been faithful paying customers for over twenty years and to be treated as if he wasn't a priority because of the amount of money he can spend, is not how an elderly person should be treated. My step dad has now gotten a chest cold, and has hand bathed for over two weeks, I last called on the 15th which the woman that answers said she already told us how long it takes and the driver already knows. You can't beat the knowledge and professionalism of their staff. The techs practice safe methods 100 percent of the time and have been providing years of complaint free customer service. Safety checks relighting pilot lights and even adjusting pilot lights for proper function even relighting my folks 80 year stove...free. These guys aren't good they are great. If you need anything that is connected to propane see these guys. In fact when you refill your next tank of propane for your BBQ it probably was delivered to your refill point by them.
