The technician was scheduled to be at my home first thing Monday morning and did not come. I had to tie my dogs and it would have been nice to be informed they were not going to come. I called the company at 11:30 to see if they were on their way just to find out they did not receive all the paperwork they needed to start the account and would need to reschedule the appointment for the technician to come out before the propane could be scheduled for delivery. I could not wait any longer as my tank was low. I called JW Myers and they came out the following day. Unfortunately, they lost my business due to the miscommunication.

Then I called the Madera office last month to get a refill because I was out. Mind you my first Propane runned water/heater EVER ( I explained I was new to this) they did not care, totally rude refused to help me and my family to get a fill. They did not care my 2 year old and I were empty and cold. The receptionist said they were " so busy" and that I should of called sooner, it would be over one week!!. I tried several numbers on business card and luckily I got the Mendota office and the girl was quick to help. Got me a delivery the NEXT DAY ( Madera People just refused). I called this month running low again and once again I got scolded by the Madera office! I still had over 3 weeks left but , still the woman said it won't be until 1.5 weeks out! I informed her that I might just go with another place , she said " just let us know when to pick up the tank" I saved the drivers cell # as he recommended and he said sure I can go this week! WTF. I had enough and just went with another company and they were completely courteous and CHEAPER about 80.00 less! -Valley Propane if you are reading this, please get help for your Madera office people. They treated me like trash. Total lack of customer service and zero compassion even though I'm paying for this. I hope you change your training of staff they are horrible and one of the rudest people I've encountered.

When the dirt road collapsed with the storms of 2023 and no one could get a big propane truck out, they came by in a car to evaluate, then put small tanks on a pickup and filled us the next day.
