When the dirt road collapsed with the storms of 2023 and no one could get a big propane truck out, they came by in a car to evaluate, then put small tanks on a pickup and filled us the next day. Shortly after moving into our house we noticed a smell coming from our tank (which we own). We…read morereached out to Ferrell and they sent someone right away. We were told that we had a leak around the fuel gauge and it would need to be repaired, and red tagged us for this issue. The repair guy told us to reach out when we were at about 5%, I double checked this through the website chat and was told that was correct. So when we reached out for the for the appointment I received a text the very next day for an appointment for the following week, great! But when they came to do the repair, we were told they couldn't do it because it was not at 0. So we were told incorrectly on multiple occasions. So we ran our tank to 0 and messaged for an appointment. We have been without propane for 2 weeks and have been told that it may be another week before they reach out to even make an appointment. And the appointment is only for a repair, they can't make an appointment to fill the tank because it's been red tagged. So once we have the repairs completed, it might be even a few more weeks before we can get a fill! Thank goodness it's summer and we don't need the heater. But we have been without a stove/oven, and a dryer for 2 weeks already. Is this normal? So frustrating!

Mike literally saved us this summer…read more We have been paying a monthly amount to American Shield House insurance for the last 5 years. Until May of 2021, our AC stopped blowing cold air. At first we thought the AC needed some free-on, so the insurance sent an AC company to diagnose our unit. This AC company added free-on and our AC seemed to work. Two days later, the same issue... no cold air. It wasn't until end of June, the insurance sent another AC company to fix the issue. This new AC company cut some coils and left. Two weeks passed and no one ever came back. When we called the insurance, they said they needed to replace a part and would get back to us. Beginning of July, we called again and they said the part wouldn't be available until end of August!!! This was when we were reaching three-digit weather. It was very miserable. We had it with the insurance company and decided to look for help. We were referred to Mike by my husband's coworker. Best decision ever! Mike stopped by our house and showed us how things were left unattended for so long and how the previous company did stuff that was unnecessary. Within a week, Mike was able to find the part that needed to be replaced and fixed our AC! We are forever grateful! I completely recommend Mike services. He is a person you can trust and will get the job done.

They were very professional on the phone; however, there was miscommunication between the office…read morestaff and the technician. They sent over paperwork for me to sign and return. The technician was scheduled to be at my home first thing Monday morning and did not come. I had to tie my dogs and it would have been nice to be informed they were not going to come. I called the company at 11:30 to see if they were on their way just to find out they did not receive all the paperwork they needed to start the account and would need to reschedule the appointment for the technician to come out before the propane could be scheduled for delivery. I could not wait any longer as my tank was low. I called JW Myers and they came out the following day. Unfortunately, they lost my business due to the miscommunication.
