He was very patient with me when I was trying to remember my password and he kept entering it until I came up with the correct one. The install happened over the course of two days; there was a delay in their arrival on the first day, but that was understandable given that a big rainstorm had happened the previous day and many roads were closed. I had to meet them and get them to my house with back roads that luckily were open. The installation team completed the job mostly as expected. A part was not available and had to be installed at a later time, but that went flawlessly. About two months ago the generator reported an error. I was able to schedule a maintenance service with Monyer, though it was delayed as they were short-staffed. In spite of this, the technician arrived two weeks earlier than scheduled, much to my delight. His testing indicated a regulator needed to be replaced. Though it took some time, the office staff was able to accommodate my scheduling needs, and the part was installed yesterday under warranty. Much to my surprise, the generator has actually kicked on several times throughout the spring & summer following storms which caused power outages. In all cases the turnon & turnoff worked perfectly, and we actually had power when some of our neighbors did not. This left us wondering what had taken us so long to get such a generator installed. The Havertown people took a short cut when installing my Central Vac system as they vented it into my dryer duct work instead of venting it outside according to the manual instructions. This caused moisture and mold throughout the piping. Ray from Exton recognized the problem immediately, disconnected the pipe from the dryer duct and left me a Guardian Angel Air Purifier for my basement knowing I am asthmatic. Ray came back the next day and took the unit back to his office to have it checked out and reported to me it was rusting. Ray came back a third time installing a new unit but I had to pay for the proper re-installation of the new unit. Needless to say, I will be dealing with Aerus in Exton from now on.

They just came back to run buried line from my house to my tenant's so we have water when the power goes out. (The primer was t only thing missing from t original hook up cz it was in a separate building.) I delayed cz I really didn't want my lawn all torn.up. But Nick used a tool that opened a wedge in the lawn just wide enough to bury the line 6" down, and when they tamped and watered, it was barely noticeable. They also took care to shelter foundation shrubbery so there was no collateral damage. Oh, and they're kind and thoughtful to a rowdy bunch of dogs living here. They are not gougers, either​​.
