This to me was ridiculous because a service person goes where they are needed not because they are going that way or not. So because its warrenty work and i have to go with whom the company i bought it from contracts with for it to be covered i reluctantly made the apt for 7/25 was told a tech would be at my home by 9:30am. Today 7/25 got a call 9:36am we cant come out today the "only" service tech (which i doubt he's the only one) called in sick. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. Twice I've been pushed off. If you do not want to do warrenty work terminate your contract with frigidair so that another company who is repratable and cares weather ppl are inconvenienced or not can do the work. And sad part is they still haven't done any work. Now I'm pushed off to yet another week. Unacceptable!!!!!!!!

Driver arrived Fri am 8:30 and husband said it was supposed to be put together. Guy said he doesn't fucking do that! Very nasty my husband said I am 80 and can't get on ground and put together. Driver said I drive over 2 F.......in hours and can't take it back. Husband went inside to call and driver took off! Left in driveway blocking garage. He called store and was told Manager was on lunch 10 am would call back. Never called back. After calling several times got him and he said they don't attach those things anymore! We would have to wait another week for them to pick it up. I said how is my husband going to move it out of the way? He says push it! We both have heart issues and he has shoulder issues. He could care less!!! So my husband called a neighbor who does odd jobs and had to pay $100 to put together. They also said since it came out of Hazleton and not Leighton we had to take it up with them. I called there and the manager was apologetic and would call the Leighton manager and one would get back to me. Never called back! I called later and was told he was at lunch. Called again and was told he was in the back and this person would call back in 10 min or the manager would. Today is Sunday, still no call!! That delivery driver was a time bomb my husband said. He should never work with the public!!!! I think something should be taken off our bill for the inconvenience and aggravation but I guess we won't get thru to them. They are the worst customer service. We also had to pay someone twice $100 each time to do our leaves/grass because we got rid of the old one two days prior to the promised first delivery date. Delrae and her team are effecting a positive environment to conduct business, and some previous staff have also been very professional in the length of time I have rented from them. I was able to successfully pay off two agreements already, one being six months same as cash and the other being a full term rental that is now paid off. I am proud to be the owner of my items and it is only people that want to cheat and lie or pay NOTHING for their items that is the reason they don't like RAC, when their items get taken away. When life happens and people can't pay, all you gotta do is call them or show up and they will work with you... for a long time... just don't take advantage of it and you'll be able to own your items.

I knew exactly what I had wanted since I had already ordered a small bag of the rock from Amazon. Walking into the store there was a man sitting next to the door on a computer and a lady across the room on another computer. The man suggested we take a look outside since the rocks look different depending on if they are wet or dry. I did not see exactly what I was looking for outside. Returning into the store the lady at the other computer and I were having a conversation. When I turned around there were shelves with boxes that had different styles of stones in them. I had found my stone. It matched exactly what I had at home. I ordered it paid in full delivery was also paid in full. Unfortunately, what was delivered was not what I had chosen. The delivery man called the store; he spoke to a man (not sure if it was the same man we ordered from). So, I got on the phone explained the entire story and was told that's what I had ordered. He gave me the name and size of the rock that had been delivered. Again, I told him it was not the stone I personally handed to him while in the store, The man totally shrugged me off and said '"I don't know what to tell you, it's already delivered". I asked if I could get some of the original rock, I selected to go on top of the wrong stone to cover it. His reply was "yes, but it would be expensive". Hmmm that's the customer service??? Really??? I am disheartened and disappointed! So, the moral of my experience is: before a stone drops on your property go out to the truck and check it. Maybe you will have better luck then I did. I'm still very upset. Really cannot believe there was no reconciliation of receiving the wrong stone. Money wasted.
