Then, we saved because Koch's does not charge for delivery, take away and installation. Koch's also converted the gas to propane at no additional charge. My freezer broke called 7/17, these people are the ones contracted to do warrenty work they had an…read moreapt open Tuesday 7/24 about 10 min after i booked the apt i get a call stating they cant come that day because they are " not going that way" exact words. This to me was ridiculous because a service person goes where they are needed not because they are going that way or not. So because its warrenty work and i have to go with whom the company i bought it from contracts with for it to be covered i reluctantly made the apt for 7/25 was told a tech would be at my home by 9:30am. Today 7/25 got a call 9:36am we cant come out today the "only" service tech (which i doubt he's the only one) called in sick. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. Twice I've been pushed off. If you do not want to do warrenty work terminate your contract with frigidair so that another company who is repratable and cares weather ppl are inconvenienced or not can do the work. Which is a rare thing these days. I accidentally ordered a fridge that was too small for the space - they swapped it out that same day for a larger model and didn't even charge me an extra delivery fee! Prices were very fair compared to a bigger chain store - and those stores have nothing on Ralph's when it comes to service. I felt like they treated me like family.
