I kept them updated after every step of my to-do list that they provided between cleaning out the basement, breaking down the laundry area, and upgrading my electrical to accommodate the battery backup and separate breakers and outlets. They spent 2 days at my house working (3/30/26 & 3/31/26). When they were done, they told me that they would need to come back in a week to tighten some bolts because they had to pour some concrete and needs longer to cure. I said OK and just call me when they were coming back. Work finished 3/31/26. 4/8 - I texted the salesperson asking when they would be coming back. I was told that she would reach out. Nothing further. 4/30 - I texted again asking when they would be coming out. I was told to let her message him. Nothing further. 5/11 - I texted again about their return. She said that she would reach out again. 5/25 - At this point I was annoyed and texted her to just forget it. Told them now that they are paid and got their initial positive review that they don't seem to care . That I was disappointed. Doesn't give me hope for their yearly inspections for 5 years to make sure everything is still running well. So, I am taking away a star from my initial review.

We gave them the full payment (more expensive than expected) even though a product had been applied to fill some cracks, and needed to be cleaned after a few days. Then things turned really bad. First they never send the cleaner they were supposed to send. They never send the finale invoice neither. After chasing them for months, they finally came, tried something, but because the huge marks on the floor were impossible to remove, they simply disappeared and even blocked our phone number! At the end, we paid a significant amount of money for a very poor result as we have major stains everywhere, plus it was so annoying to have to chase them for weeks and weeks and weeks...
