When the doors did arrive Colin took them to his house, cleaned up any nicks and small dents that occurred while being handled by Lowes. I gave them one star due to the fact that at least customer service either answers the phone or…read morecalls you back. This was the second year we've had them do a "check up" on our central air system. They came out 5/24/24 and did check up and said everything looked good. We had the air on for about 2 weeks and then sensor detected water and shut off system. Called Keller and they came back out on 6/7/24. Same guy that said it was good came out and showed us video of rust and leaking drain pipe on unit. He said we needed a whole new system. He also said that he did notice the rust at our check up appointment, but that there was no water in the pan so that meant it was good (the unit wasn't even turned on or running prior to the check up). They quoted us $11,900.00 for just the system, not even including install! Called around for second quote. The other company came out and found that the pipes were just clogged. He said whoever was servicing the unit in the past, didn't check for clogs. That should be the first thing checked and that it was overlooked for years. And also, that Keller did not put anything back together he took apart when he was there the second time. New guy was there an hour, fixed & cleaned pipes, added an ez trap and saved us thousands of dollars! I would like to tell everyone not do any business with this company. Their employees don't do their jobs and will try to rip you off!
