I bought 3 exterior Provia doors from New Castle Building Products in Allentown, PA. The one was…read moredefective and they took care of ordering a replacement. They delivered the replacement door. But they would not come back to pick up the defective door. They said it is my responsibility to bring it back to their store. Or I should have had the defective door off when they delivered the replacement one so they could have taken it then. My husband and I both work full time. We would gladly return the door, but they are only open M-F 7a-4p. I am not allowed to take it and leave it after hours at their facility. They can't pick it up because apparently their trucks are large and it might get damaged (remember it is a defective door). Even though the replacement was delivered in a large truck and was the only item in the truck. I am very disappointed in their customer service. I spent a lot of money and the issue is not my fault but I have to resolve it. I would not use them again.
