I went through a nightmare experience with the owner of ANOTHER glass company that installed my new…read moreglass shower doors. Long story short we had to pull out the new shower door because he ruined my shower threshold so we had to replace the threshold. So I called Jack's Glass & talked to Eric the GM, he said he could send two guys out to reinstall my glass shower door within a few days. The two team members that came out were absolutely amazing. They were very professional, knowledgeable and did excellent work. I will definitely be using them with my second phase of my remodel with my master bath. Thanks Eric for really helping me out. I think nothing of driving down there to Woodcraft from Lake Wallenpaupack for needed items. Your working shop and specialty classes further set your store apart from others. In my way of thought, you really have no competition, nobody does it like Woodcraft !

I've felt disrespected on almost every interaction I've had with him. Considering the amount of money I've spent in that store in less than 6 months, you'd assume I'd at least receive the respect of an equal human being. I'm autistic and maybe that bothers him, but I had to cancel a large order (saw stop saw and other items), because I just couldn't handle seeing the owner again (he does the deliveries). This was after trying to get a phone call from him for over a week. He does employee some folks with disabilities as well, so I find it surprising how he has always treated me. I'm now driving an extra hour to get to another woodworking shop.
