You just need an honest sales person, and incredible fabricators and installers. Kristen was above board. They were so respectful and so tedious they did an absolutely amazing job. My countertops are fabulous. I cannot recommend this place more.

They were patient with my many questions and accommodated all requests cheerfully (even when we changed our ideas from our original bid, asking for our Super White granite to be honed, for grooves to be cut on one side of the sink for drainage, and eliminating the backsplash - before the cutting began, of course). The install was painless, and I am impressed with the quality of the material and how tight and perfect it all fits. Everyone we worked with was great, and we LOVE the results. That is not only very unprofessional on his part but also makes your business look extremely bad. This has not left my mind since that day, and I do not know when I will make my way into your business again. I found it very upsetting. I am sure my business means nothing because you work with a lot of contractors, so you will do nothing more than laugh this off, but I think you should now as a family company that I thought of and recommended highly for years, your employees' actions changed my mind and may have done the same to some other customers, seeing that your store was pretty busy that day.
